This was my worst hotel experience. The room was freezing cold, with no heating system to provide warmth. Despite the chilly weather outside, there was no relief indoors. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making showers unbearable. The room was filthy, clearly not cleaned before my arrival. Dust and dirt were everywhere, and the bed sheets looked stained. The staff was unhelpful, ignoring my complaints. I spent the entire night shivering, unable to sleep. It was a miserable stay, and I couldn’t wait to leave. Never again will I return to such a poorly managed hotel.

我倆是一對老夫妻，退休後休閑旅遊住進福地賓館，原安排我倆住5樓雙床房，但需我倆從4樓再上一層樓，我妻腿疼走不動路就另安排我倆住美之居快捷賓館。我板娘和服務員都很熱情，雙床被褥很舒實夜晚睡覺也很安靜，總之我倆都很滿意，給好評，大大讚！
