The hotel is grand and the room is big. However, the aircon in our room was spoilt and the temperature of the room was unpleasant. Luckily, the weather was cooling and we had to open up the balcony door to cool the room for the night. Aircon technician spent an hour fixing the aircon but it was worse. The aircon started leaking water at the luggage storage throughout the night, with the sound of the leaking water affecting our sleep. But our traveling company had no issues with their rooms.

Clean and comfortable but location wise there is nothing much nearby. You need to take a taxi to the town centre.

The room along the river is so nice that I enjoyed fireworks to celebrate ***** new year. Anna(安娜) at the front desk is very friendly and kind to help my first trip there. I appreciate her support so much!!

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the train station, and around the same from the center of town, and right across the lake from the red street, so it's very conveniently located. The hotel itself was really excellent. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Cherry at the front desk was extremely helpful! The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities are great. Not to mention the breakfast was also wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors, and will definitely come back.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

The room faces the lake and you can see the Red Street (very run-down, just look at it from a distance, no need to go there). The facilities are pretty good, but the cleaning is sloppy. The breakfast has a complete variety. This is the first time I have had a coffee breakfast, but the food is average.

In Yan'an, this hotel's environment, landscape, and room facilities are all ranked very high. Due to irregular reception of meetings or group guests, the number of guests fluctuates relatively greatly, and the breakfast seems to be slightly inconsistent with the hotel's grade.

On the last day of the Yan'an trip, in order to relieve the fatigue along the way, I specially booked this hotel, which is known as the best in Yan'an. From the hotel scale to the hardware and software facilities and the front desk service, it is really very good. Especially the front desk lady, who is responsive to every request, especially praise 👍👍 When checking in, I confirmed again that only the king-size bed room has a bathtub. Because I have been walking around for two days, my back and legs are sore and swollen. I want to take a bath to relax, so I asked if I could change a standard room to a king-size bed, and I hope that several rooms can be together to facilitate the care of the elderly and children. The lady arranged it very quickly and personally arranged welcome fruits, which was very in place. The hotel's mineral water supply is not only doubled in the room, but also available in the elevator room. This is very considerate for tourists who are not very adaptable to the dry climate in northern Shaanxi. The breakfast is good overall, but there are not many varieties. The only bread sandwiches for breakfast are butter, jam, nuts and raisins. There is a lack of meat such as bacon and ham. There is only one sausage in the whole breakfast that is a pure meat product, which is a bit lacking. The children didn't eat the small cakes at the seafood buffet the night before, so they thought they would eat it in the morning, but they didn't expect that there was no breakfast at all😔😔 For the hotel facilities, I personally think there are still some suggestions for improvement: 1. The bath water temperature is low, the shower is OK, but the bath is not enough. It is recommended to increase it appropriately and let the guests adjust it by themselves. The temperature changes greatly in spring. Although it was more than 30 degrees in the previous few days, it dropped below 10 degrees on the night we arrived. With such a large temperature difference, the water temperature should also be adjusted in time. 2. There are not enough facilities for placing clean clothes around the bathtub. There are hooks on the wall of the bathroom in the standard king-size bed room, which is very humane, but there is only a stool next to the bathtub in the suite, and the wall tiles on the side are still very rough, which is not very convenient. And the hotel does not provide disposable bathtub covers, which is a bit regrettable. After all, now all Jiangsu and Zhejiang homestays with bathtubs will provide them. It is recommended to add them, especially for super large bathtubs. Generally, you will not buy such a large bathtub cover if you bring your own😂😂 3. The trash can is not covered with disposable trash bags, which puts higher requirements on the work of the housekeeping staff. Once the holiday, it will be a bit too busy and there will be omissions. Generally speaking, the hotel is very good. I didn't have time to walk around and swim this time, but I will choose it again next time.

The room was very satisfactory, the service staff was also very warm and thoughtful, it was very close to Red Street, and you could see the Ferris wheel on Red Street from the other side of the river. It was very beautiful at night. It was very beautiful to see it on Red Street and then go back to Yan'an. It's a pity that Yan'an has been hit by sandstorms recently, which has greatly affected the travel experience. Everyone must check the weather when traveling.

Very good room type, very good service, feel at home. The location is also very good, away from the hustle and bustle, the other side is the Red Street, convenient to go anywhere. A highly recommended hotel.

Objectively speaking, I saw that this hotel seems to be five-star on Ctrip, so I think it should meet five-star standards, right? First of all, there was no greeter at the hotel entrance. I needed to go into the lobby to call the service staff and ask for a luggage cart to pull my luggage. There were four elderly people waiting at the door. I ran back and forth to call people for the cart, which was a bad experience. There was only one staff member when checking in, and there were only two staff members in the entire lobby, one checking in and the other explaining the local specialties to the guests. When I was pushing the cart towards the elevator, the staff member explaining the local specialties caught up with me and apologized while serving us. Where did all the people go in such a big hotel? It was puzzling. Then the elder was not feeling well and wanted to eat at the hotel for dinner. I called and found out that they had a group meal and couldn’t accommodate us because we didn’t know what time the group meal would be finished. How was the restaurant equipped? No food for individual travelers? OK, it’s okay. You can’t force yourself to eat it if you can’t finish it. We can solve it ourselves. What I find most incomprehensible is the air conditioning in the room! It's 27 degrees during the day and the air conditioner is not cooling? I called the front desk and was told that in this weather the cooling and heating systems were not turned on, only natural wind! The hotel leaders really should experience how stuffy the room is. It shows 27 degrees in the room at night. Don’t you know that there are a lot of wooden furniture in the room? ! Don’t you know that wood will emit odor when the temperature is high? I slept with the balcony door open for one night, and the smell gave me a headache. It is the most uncomfortable thing to have trouble sleeping when going out for fun! In short, it is difficult to give a good review based on the experience! I hope the hotel can see the reviews and improve

Must give a thumbs up~~~ The best hotel in this trip to Yan'an, located just opposite the Yan'an Red Street. The hotel has a grand design, complete facilities in the room, warm and comfortable, and pleasant scenery outside the window, suitable for family travel.
