The hotel's staff was kind and accommodating, which made the experience great. This location is perfect for families and the cost is appropriate. The room was accommodated with one double bed, one cupboard, one sofa bed and TV. The bathroom was clean and provided with a hairdryer, a complimentary toothbrush, shower soap, and shampoo. In general, the room and the toilet are clean. Additionally, tea and coffee were offered for free with two cups and a kettle. The air conditioning performed well. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable for me. Needs improvement : As usual, There was no bidet water spray in the toilet and no spoon or knife in the room

The receptionist was rude ,unhelpful and careless . They didn't accept our requests they were so rude, and had bad internet connection, our room was very stinky and I had a blood stain on my pillow and a dirty brown on my blanket. I don't recommend anyone to go to stay there.

The receptionist was mean and careless.there was no WiFi on any of the floors. The only good part about it was the view from the beach.and I was with my family and none of them liked it as well. we all had stinky rooms and was blood stain on my pillow. and I think that’s about it cuz I don’t wanna embarrass the hotel.

All hotel staff are very attentive and warm-hearted, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and easy to reach by the sea. The breakfast variety is very nice, the sea and the walking path in front of the hotel are very nice, you can exercise in the mornings, the spa and fitness are nice, we will definitely stay again.
