Odalar loş değil karanlık, sıcak su içi duşta 10 dakika bekliyorsunuz ayrıca duştan ve lavabodan gelen kokuya dayanmak zorundasınız. Oda temizliği vasat, odadan çıkarken temizlik için kart asmamıza rağmen akşam geldiğimizde odamız bıraktığımız gibiydi. Oda kahvaltıyı 5 dakika kaçırmam benim hatam fakat bu hatayı 150tl ye yakın bir ödemeyle sizden alıyorlar ve ayrıca verilen kahvaltının maliyeti 10tl bile değil. Söyleyebiliceğim tek pozitif yorum denizin çok güzel olması ki bu otelin hizmet ve kalitesiyle alakalı değil bulunduğu koy'un mükemmel olmasından dolayıdır. X beach yönetimi politikasını derhal değiştirmesi gerek. Şezlonglar o kadar yakın ki birbirine yan tarafın yaptığı dedikodu ve bebek bezi kokusuyla güneşlenmek zorunda kalıyosunuz. Herşey para değil müşteri memnuniyeti en önemlisidir paradan ama bu müessese de değil.

4 kisilik aile olarak iki yatak odali bir odada kaldik, oda kapasitesi buyuktu ancak her sey cok eski ve kirli. Temizlik cok kotu, tuvaletlerde havalandirma ve gider sorunu var. Plaji ise parasi olan herkesin alindigi bir plaj. Sezlonglr dip dibe... Soyunma kabinleri o kadar pis ve kotu kokuyor ki kalkip da degistiremedik mayolarimizi. Odedigimiz paraya karsilik aldigimiz hizmet cok cok kotuydu, dayanamayip iki gunluk paramizin yanmasini goze alarak baska bir otele gecis yaptik. Olumlu olarak soyleyebilecegim tek sey plaj kismindaki servisin sasirtici derecede hizli olusuydu...

Otelde konaklama yapmadığım için , sizlerle sadece günlük olarak kullandığım , otele ait olan X Beach ile ilgili yaşamış olduğum berbat tecrübemi paylaşmak isterim . Evim Yalıkavak ta olduğu için , deniz imkanından yararlanabilmek adına , evimede yakın olması nedeniyle X Beach e gitmek istedim . Gitmeden evvel telefonla arayarak günlük ücret ve alacağım hizmet konusunda bilgi rica ettim . Hatta Esra Hanım isimli görevli hanım , bana aylık girişlerim için indirimli bir fiyat bile verdi . Girişte alınan ücretin , içeride olan kullanımıma istinaden yansıtılacağını ı ve eğer fazla miktarda kullanım yaparsam üzerini ödemem gerektiği bilgisini verdi . Bu konu ile ilgili ise defalarca üst yönetimiyle görüşerek , onay aldığını belirterek , bana geri döndü . Ben oraya gittiğimde ise Esra Hanım işten ayrıldı , böyle bir uygulamamız yok diyerek , son derece ilgisiz , son derece profesyonel olmayan , sorumlu kişilerden servis yapan personele kadar , kapı girişinde bile bir hoşgeldiniz / güle güle denmeden karşılanıp uğurlanarak , hiç hoşnut kalmadığım bir kumsalda , anormal astronomik fiyatlarla berbat bir gün geçirdim . Keşke en azından ödediğim paranın karşılığını alabilmiş olsaydım . Otoparkı ise her şeyden daha beter . Arabamı kendim park etmiş olmama rağmen , kapıya yazılan bir " vale servisimiz ücretlidir " yazısına istinaden ücret ödemek zorunda kalmam ve saygısız davranışlı personelininde , aldıkları ücrete karşılık fiş bile vermedikleri için en azından yetkililerce denetlenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum . Bodrum ' da verilen paranın karşılığını alabileceğiniz bir çok işletme var iken bu tarz beach lerin kullanılmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum .

Loft jakuzili en pahalı 2 odayı satın aldık.Ama standard oda verdiler müsait lik yok deyip 2500 er tl fazla ödedik!!!paramızıda iade etmediler.Deniz görmeyen odaya deniz görüyor diyorlar şaka gibi. Gercekte Banyoda bile jakuzi yok ama sattıkları odanın fotoğrafında deniz manzaralı jakuzi vardı.kesinlikle kandırmaca 5000tlmiz çöpe gitti

This is in fact not a hotel anymore, but only a small part of an incredibly noisy entertainment facility, so called "X Beach" ! The "ear drilling" music from thousands watt speakers starts in the morning and never - never stops, not even a single minute! Hundreds of customers visiting "X Beach" everyday drink all the day, dance and scream each other. No chance to find any sunbeds for the hotel guests as they are always reserved for X Beach customers. All the dining facilities are controlled by "X-Beach" , extremely poor quality with sky high prices.

Our stay at Highlight hotel was due to my parents staying close by and would not repeat ever again. The hotel is careful only to its beach club customers whereas we guest staying at the hotel are treated second class. Breakfast is rich but the same ever day and becomes tedious at the end of the week especially because my kids don't like or eat the typical Turkish breakfast, they were not even given an option. Overall the beach of the hotel is good but the rest lacks in every sense...

The water is stunning, but that has nothing to do with the hotel rating. Credit goes to mother nature on that one. Let’s just say I really should have read reviews on the internet before. I never do, but now understand why they are important, so I’ve decided to start leaving reviews. When we tell people about our experience, they are shocked as they say “Oh I stayed there 5 years ago and it was great”. Maybe it was, but a lot can happen over 5 years. The rooms did not age well and it seems like the service did not either. We asked several times during our stay to speak to the manager. He casually caught us outside 36 hours before our departure. At that point, it seemed useless to highlight the issues like the smell of sewage and the mold in the room. If it mattered, he would have “found” us sooner. It was difficult to ignore several guests getting frustrated- especially the foreign tourists who were so patiently waiting and do not speak Turkish. There were a few kind, hard-working individuals at the restaurant and beach side. I’m so sorry that the food in the restaurant has a lot of room for improvement. I’d say if you are in Bodrum and want to go for a beach club for a day, this place might be ok for you if you don’t mind paying that much for something like this. PS- the DJ was great, and had good music, we just wish it was not the same exact songs every day. I hate complaining, so in summary, my review for the hotel: I beg you to improve because it leaves a horrible impression of all the beautiful things about Turkey.

I visit the hotel's beach club every year and unfortunately gets worse every year. The beach and the sea is one of the best, it had a sandy beach and crystal clear sea. The music and the setting is great. The food is really bad; I ordered a well sonr steak , it was rare to medium, the vegetables were greasy, the waiters were not interested in serving. The hotel and the beach toilets were dirty. Before I left, I shared my feedback with the manager on duty but he did not care much.
