Stay at this beautifully renovated 1950’s charmer! This family-fun packed home is the perfect stay for those looking for their Yakima "home base." It is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay fun and relaxing. Kids can enjoy the sandbox, trampoline, toy kitchen, and board games. Adults can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, exercise room, outdoor dining area, fire table, Netflix, and more! Pets are welcome, but please follow house rules. We are thrilled to share our home base with you!
UPDATE: MASTER SHOWER CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. This house is centrally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Go for casual walks around the area with total comfort. There is covered parking in the carport and a fully fenced backyard. There are extra kid-sized floor mattresses under the bunk bed and the couch is big enough to sleep two adults. Extra blankets found in the blue bench in Master. New SUPER FAST fiber internet/wifi. The Master bedroom has an adjustable king bed and a TV in the room. Watch Netflix while you get a workout in on the treadmill. You may see the maintenance manager, Michael, mowing the lawn or watering mid-week. He will wheel the garbage can out to the curb Sunday evenings and bring it back Monday after pickup.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 2 total).Please clean up after your pets..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Start the dishwasher and a load of towels before checking out. Kitchen was organized conveniently. House was clean. This was our second time staying there and everything was just was nice as before. We hope the shower in the master bathroom will be repaired and ready for use the next time we are there. Thank you, Taylor!

Amazing Home!
We had a fantastic experience at our stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet. The host was responsive and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful place, great backyard
Host was easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. Place was nice and had everything we needed to cook. Back porch was lovely.

In town for a volleyball tournament
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was a great, comfortable place to go to in between matches where the adults could relax and the baby could crawl around. The master suite was especially nice.

Sweet house in Yakima
Located near parks, grocery stores and restaurants this well appointed little house managed to easily accommodate 7 adults for our family visit. Great fenced back yard and cute remodel through. Host was attentive and made things easy. Would definitely stay again.
