"We were initially satisfied with the room; everyone knows the accommodation conditions along National Highway 318, and we weren't expecting much. However, because this hotel wasn't in Yajiang city proper, about a half-hour drive from the city center, we had to eat dinner and breakfast there. The stir-fried green peppers and pork we ordered for dinner were rotten. The next morning, when we went to the kitchen to get something, we found the leftover potato and pork rib dish from the previous night still untouched. It suddenly dawned on us why the stir-fried green peppers and pork had been rotten. Also, the previous night we agreed that it would be 15 yuan per person with no charge for children the next morning, but when we checked out after breakfast, the owner seemed hesitant and wanted to charge for children. Finally, her daughter arrived and said children were free. We just wanted to make sure it was agreed upon beforehand if there was going to be a charge. Then, before we even checked out the next morning, we thought we'd go back to the hotel to use the restroom after breakfast, but while we were eating, the room was cleaned. In short: If you don't eat there, you can stay here. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need to bring your own food."
