服務還是很熱情的，送了米線和文創冰箱貼。位置也在雲龍湖旁邊，我吃撐了就去那裡走走。不過我這次定的是基礎房型，所以面積較小，也不是朝向湖景。上次住的套房體驗特別棒，一分價錢一分貨。哈哈哈。

I only stayed in Xuzhou for one day, and the service of this hotel definitely gave Xuzhou a high score.
The hotel is in a great location, very convenient to the lake.
The room was clean and bright. The front desk proactively informed us that a microwave and induction cooker were available, as well as pots and dishes. The rice noodles provided upon check-in were cooked the next morning and tasted very good. The breakfast buffet was also good. The room service lady and the engineering staff were very nice.
Particularly worth mentioning is the service at the front desk. Ms. Xiaoguan and another girl gave us a homemade food map when we checked in, and took the initiative to add us on WeChat to recommend restaurant locations, adjust the room, and extend our stay. They were smiling the whole time, which made us feel warm. When checking out, the hotel also gave my child a very beautiful Xuzhou refrigerator magnet, which made me feel warm inside and I felt that Xuzhou is such a friendly and beautiful city.
