1. 定的含早餐的房間沒給我早餐卷。
2.晚上洗澡水是冷的壓根洗不成澡。
3.房間窗簾壞的還要我來幫到拉，弄一身灰，還要自己去洗衣服。

第一次來敍永入住這家酒店，總體感覺不好！先説優點吧！一.地理位置很好，出入很方便。二.停車很方便。不足的地方非常多，一.前台服務很冷漠，天氣太冷，叫酒店加床被子，很冷漠！愛理不理的.二 廁所門是壞的，不能關上，叫酒店服務員來查看，回答你，不影響你們入住啊！讓人無語！ 三 早餐非常簡單，現在一般酒店標配的豆漿 牛奶都沒有！總之總體感覺不好！不值得推薦！

前台態度很好，整體設施都挺好的。唯一的缺點，行睡下去沒多久全身開始養，然後起紅疹，首先排除吃食，晚上吃的麪條。所以衹能得出這個被套真的很不乾淨！！！

在國慶期間能住到這樣的房間真的是非常的幸運了，首先是地理條件特別好，交通很方便，進門的第一感覺就是乾淨衞生；其次是房間的智能化，開口叫小度就能幫你解決很多問題；早餐種內多，也特別好吃，個人感覺這才是地道的敍永特色豆湯麪，比我之前在敍永吃過的都好吃😋；還有就是服務員的態度很好很客氣。總之挺不錯的，不管你是出差旅遊還是訪親會友我都推薦你選擇這裏，真真是物美價廉！
