帶孩子去玩，沒想到湛江的房間這麼難訂，沒辦法衹能訂到這，因為第二天要去南極村，也要回海口了，所以當晚從湛江驅車兩個小時到徐聞。原本以為好歹是個連鎖品牌公寓，不會差到哪裡去，結果到了才知道，沒做最差，衹有更差。晚上十點左右到的，進公寓的路上黑燈瞎火，很嚇人，女兒在車上嚇得一言不發，我也有點怕，好不容易到了公寓入口，結果一堆車堵在門口，進去的路兩側都是車，原本是一進一出的道路，變成單向道，根本沒辦法會車，所以進小區就堵了二十來分鐘。地下停車場臟兮兮，亂七八糟，沒人管，感覺就是個廢棄的公寓樓，到處黑漆漆，是樓太多太大，雖然路口堵車，但小區是看不到人！從地下停車場走到小區，就不知道去哪裡登記開門了，沒辦法聯繫了攜程上的電話，總算找到客服了，按客服的指引找到了1棟，加了客服的微信，發了房號和開門視頻，總算找到房間開了門，那叫一個有驚無險，感覺是在玩密室逃脱😰😰房間的設施設備，不想論述了，我跟女兒洗了個澡，把行李裝好，帶着行李直接開車去充電，充完電就直接在車上睡了，第二天早上再回房間刷牙洗臉就直接走了，房間根本沒辦法住，安全都成問題，下次打死也不敢再訂公寓了，建議平台加強上線酒店或者公寓的審核，畢竟出了事，平台也有責任

房間是不錯的，總體來説比較大，而且確實在海邊在房間的陽台是可以看到一點海的，衹是斯維登一貫的特點就是停車需要單獨付費，稍微讓人有也覺得有點不爽。

位置還可以。設施、衞生環境若能夠提高一點就好了。老闆還算可以、解決了我一些問題。但整個物業管理跟不上、停車費也挺貴的。
