Yuhai Guanxuan Apartment (Xuwen Hai'an New Port Ferry Terminal)

The room is very cozy, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, especially clean bedding, and very comfortable to sleep in! There is a large balcony, which is convenient for washing and drying clothes. The scenery is also very beautiful. Staying here by boat in Xuwen is a very good choice, and it adds a touch of color to the journey!

We went to Xuwen Port at around 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning. First of all, the housekeeper's accommodation instructions were quite detailed, and we found the room smoothly. As soon as we entered the room, there was a smell of instant noodles, probably because the smell had not been removed after cleaning, and there were big cockroaches running on the floor. Thinking it was late, we didn't say anything and went to rest first. It was a sea view, although the sea was a little far, but it was okay. When we checked out at noon, we had to pay 15 yuan for parking when we went out of the community, and we said we had to pay for it even if we were staying there! So the experience was really average! I won't stay there again!

The room is spacious and the sanitary conditions are OK. There are fewer people living here and it is very quiet at night. It is not very convenient to have breakfast nearby, but the parking lot is free and there are plenty of parking spaces.

I booked this place as I was crossing the harbor in the early morning and didn't want to rush. I chose this place because it was opened in 2023. The whole house had a noticeable odor and small flying insects. The bedding had obvious stains and it looked like it had not been changed or washed. Fortunately, I have the habit of bringing bedding, otherwise I would not be able to sleep. The sofa in the living room was even worse. The experience was extremely bad.

Not very good. The place is very remote and desolate, there is no place to eat nearby. The room is average. There is no front desk, self check-in, and the butler did not reply to WeChat messages.
