挺乾淨的，位置還可以，距離古鎮一公里，但是都是坡路，不過樓下有共享電動車還挺好。還有一次性浴巾，挺好的。

天元酒店在蜀河古鎮來説應該是條件最好的酒店了。乾淨，浴巾毛巾都是一次性紙巾的，質量很好。對於蜀河古鎮本人感覺沒什麼意思。

前台一直在引導，讓我線下付款，説話態度僵硬，房間打開燈後很多飛蟲，這是床上的蟲，住的這個體驗感很差，衣架也是壞的，打開窗户簾有衹壁虎，窗户上的生銹和灰不堪入目。服務態度好的是大叔，讓來修下水管一會兒就弄好了，因為住宿差當晚沒有休息好，影響了第二天遊覽古鎮的心情和狀態，

這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是：由於很重要的事不得已要取消入住，商家沒有與我商量溝通、擅自將我的訂單弄成已離店。沒有給我任何理由和解釋説不能取消入住。最基本溝通都不會了嗎#服務垃圾差
