這家酒店不錯，入住體驗感好，工作人員服務熱情度高，衞生方便也是不錯的，客房舒適整潔乾淨，周圍環境優美，樓下還有一個公園，吃完飯還可以在附近散步，值得來的一家酒店！

特別喜歡這家酒店的設計風格，非常不錯，前台陳陳小姐姐幫我升級了一個帶浴缸🛁的房間，房間有免費的飲料，大床也很舒服，枕頭非常不錯，推薦，淋浴頭水量夠兇，洗頭不用擔心水流量小沖不乾淨頭髮，吹風機風量也夠大，不像有的酒店，吹風機的風太小，吹半天頭髮沒見幹

服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來，房間面積大，通風效果不錯，被子柔軟，睡得很舒服，前台陳陳小姐姐還幫忙升級了房間，早餐豐富多樣，真心不錯

在這家酒店住了兩晚，還是比較滿意的，前台接待員熱情耐心，房間寬敞明亮通透，周邊安靜環境不錯！給人一種好的體驗感，早餐也不錯，種類繁多食材新鮮口感好，可以放心來這家酒店。

服務非常糟糕！訂單上1.5米的床和1.25米床雙人房是一個價。在前台開房的時候申明瞭我是要1.5米的床。前台的二個女服務員好像欠她們錢的樣子，態度冰冷，硬説她們酒店根本沒有1.5米的雙床的房間，後來投訴到攜程平台，才答應會來換成1.5米的雙床房，但是服務員要我不能動酒店的房間的床和衞生間，也要自己把行李搬到六樓去。天呀，我到了房間怎麼可能不坐床上，怎麼可能不上廁所呢？這是什麼服務？我在國內外旅行、商務住酒店二三十年的經歷，絕大多數換房都是服務員協助搬行李，絕對不可能提出不能觸動房間物品這種無理的要求！在服務員無理的要求之下，加上我到店己經是晩上十一點了，不想再折騰了。第二天在攜程的干預之後，攜程答應補償一晚的優惠卷，並告訴我酒店第二天會協助搬行李和換成1.5米的雙床房。結果等到第二天晚上十二點也沒有人聯繫我，更沒有人協助我們換房，一氣之下，凌晨一點退房走人了！🥵這個酒店有尋烏縣城酒店最好的硬件，但是由於前台服務員的素質和態度太差，真的是太讓人心疼。其實樓層和餐廳服務員的態度都是很不錯的。估計前台的女服務員是老闆的親戚吧，唉，沒辦法，小地方就是這個樣子。為家鄉難受！改革開放幾十年了，一些陳舊觀念在小縣城依然難以改變。一些好評應該是刷單的吧？希望老闆把前台服務員換成經過正規培訓的“職業選手”，前台是酒店的門面，是客人入住首先接觸的人，也是客人的產生第一印象之處，也是處理客人整個入住過程各種問題的重要崗位，在沒有設大堂經理的這個職位的時候，尤其重要。希望家鄉的酒店管理越來越好，給每年回鄉的遊子帶來極致的體驗。謝謝🙏

第一次來尋烏 酒店選的是沃爾頓皇家花園酒店🏨聽説這邊的風格是新中式🤣酒店設施很完善，前台服務態度很好 ，房間乾淨衞，衞生間乾濕分離😌還備有耳塞（暖心）冰箱裏還有免費的飲料提供，五樓還有自助洗衣房，床軟呼呼的，很舒服，不錯👍早餐的豆漿超讚😍牛肉湯也可以😌……有機會的話 這家酒店以後還會再來😜
