I returned back to my room at 7 pm and the room wasn’t cleaned. When I asked the receptionist why? they just said they would clean it while I was there without telling me the reason. They even didn’t say sorry. I told them not to worry about it, because I was exhausted and wanted to sleep. They kept knocking my door and dropped me a water.

酒店非常好 乾淨衞生 是和朋友一起 三個大人 兩小孩 選的三張床的房間 很合適 兩個衞生間 一個淋浴間 全屋智能 洗漱用品也齊全 枕頭還是記憶枕芯吧 反正考慮到舒適性了 價格很合適 前台還有免費的咖啡 花茶 還有機器人送你上樓 酒店位置也很好 是連鎖的 停車有人引導 是很好的體驗

七夕當天 凌晨12點入住 剛進房間就看到第上很濕 有股拖把味道 下樓問前台 前台説我們現在住的房間客人因為隔壁很吵剛換房間 然後就給我們了 我要求換房 酒店説沒空房了 因為床單是臟的我要求換床單 誰知道換的新的床單裏掉了兩個人體毛髮出來 真的很無語 酒店解決方式是幫我們定了其他酒店的客房 然後我們就去其他酒店 並且酒店定的新的酒店還有差價比我們定要便宜 後面投訴了攜程才退還我們差價 讓我安排到價格便宜的酒店還沒想過退我們差價是真的絕了 訴求也沒解決最後攜程平台承擔了一切 給些許安慰 這個酒店衞生真的堪憂 讓別人剛住過的房給我們住並且是七夕當天也是厲害了 最後到兩點多才換到新酒店 從來沒遇到過這樣的酒店 真是極差的體驗
