It's rubbish. I've stayed in so many Orange Hotels, and this one is the rubbishest one. There are too many complaints. First of all, there is no delayed check-out at 12 o'clock. Secondly, the room hygiene is very poor. There was a peculiar smell as soon as I entered the first room. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the front desk to change rooms. Another thing is the indifferent service of the front desk. For a chain hotel to be like this, you should compare it with other hotels to see where your hotel is inferior!

地理位置、房間設施都不錯，但是服務實在不太行，明明寫了要無煙房，且不要安排角落房，偏偏給我安排了一個角落房，進門就是濃濃的一股煙味，這煙味大到服務員打掃完衞生都沒關門。馬上跟前台反應，前台一開始無動於衷，騙我説這個房間前一晚無人入住，不會有煙味，還説同房型沒房了無法換房。當我説我要退房換酒店入住的時候，前台馬上説可以安排其它房間入住。
出差經常會選擇華住會的酒店，很少遇到這樣的服務意識不足的情況。反正我應該會有段時間不把桔子酒店作為首選
