與祁梅村村委會辦公樓共用一棟樓。離水東古鎮和親心谷度假區都不遠。進村的直道兩旁水杉矗立、梅花開了，道兩邊是還沒有收割完的稻田。房間洗手間非常整潔寬敞，服務人員親切和善，還推薦了水東古鎮的拾光小院懷舊餐廳用晚餐，本地菜很美味。早餐很健康可口。清晨在村莊裡閑逛，寧靜愜意。出乎意料的一次住宿體驗。

很棒的鄉村民宿，像是村政府辦的招待所。整個樓和房間乾淨，早餐也樸素乾淨。祁梅村很美，田地，小溪，公路，住宿的閑暇時村子裏走走不錯。國慶期間入住，還看了籃球賽和一場迎親儀式。住這裏，還去了周邊的古鎮，宗村走了走，完美避開了國慶人潮，找了一處安靜的地方看毛栗子。

給我安排的是最邊上的一間房，窗户外面是比較荒，還沒開發好！晚上還是比較安靜的，就是蟲子比較多，走廊窗户縫裡有好幾衹死的大蟲子被曬乾了，打掃衞生的阿姨沒有及時處理。
早餐時間是早上7:30左右開始，到8:30結束，時間有點短！我們7點過去早餐還沒準備好。早餐品種不多，衹有粥、燒賣、紅薯、山葯、蒸餃、白雞蛋和鹹菜，大致就這些了！喝的有速溶咖啡、牛奶、豆漿。速溶咖啡有點淡！
希望之後有所改進！380多元一晚，也相當於漢庭、如家快捷酒店的價格了，服務、衞生、早餐還是要跟上快捷酒店的標準。
周邊比較近的景區是水東古鎮，龍泉山景區，可以開車轉轉。
如果夏天來住，旁邊有葡萄園，可以採摘，公社裡也賣一些農產品，價格適中，可以買點帶回家。
