ZHOULI Xiushan Chongqing

The room door was broken. It's made of metal, and if you kicked it, you'd definitely get hurt. Didn't they check it? The bathroom floor felt slippery and wasn't cleaned. There was a front desk clerk who looked like a manager at check-in, but he wasn't as helpful as the staff. His attitude was terrible. I won't stay again. I booked a superior room and got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. How dare you call it an upgrade for the same price? The pricing is so confusing. Are you taking advantage of your experience?

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times in total, and 2 of them were very unpleasant. The attitude of the hotel front desk and the duty manager was extremely bad. When encountering emergencies, the front desk and the duty manager would only avoid the problem. At 12 o'clock in the morning, they could not handle the problem and did not provide a solution. They gave people the feeling that they were superior, and it was a bit like a big store bullying customers. I will not consider Zhouli Hotel in Xiushan in the future.

The facilities are old, the phone is broken, the shower head is loose, there is a strange smell in the room and hallway, the breakfast is poor, with few varieties and not fresh, and the child's breakfast is 78 yuan per person, which is more expensive than other hotels and not cost-effective. I don't recommend this hotel and I will not patronize it again next time.

Overall it's average. It should be a previous hotel that was renovated, and it's not thorough. Some of the facilities are old. The location is far from the center of the county town. You need to drive to the store. The service attitude is not good. I went to the gym to work out and saw that there was an air conditioner but I couldn't find the switch. I asked the front desk and they said there was no air conditioner. The next day I went to the gym and the air conditioner was on again. The waiter didn't even greet me when I saw him. I asked the front desk to borrow a fruit knife but they didn't have one. I came here because it was the first hotel I saw on Ctrip that was a luxury hotel in Xiushan. I really don't recommend it.

The sanitation is poor, and many facilities are broken. The room was dusty after being cleaned, and there was a lot of dust on the balcony. Safety is not guaranteed. The items provided were different from what was listed on the platform, and many items were missing. The breakfast was limited in variety, and the environment was poor. It took a long time to queue up for noodles, and I didn't get to eat them. The service was also average. The front desk was always on the phone, and I had to wait for the phone to call me when checking in and out. The stay experience was terrible.

I booked a double bed room, but the front desk didn't reserve it for me. When I arrived, they arranged a twin bed room for me. It's not trustworthy and not recommended.
