管家服務很周到貼心，會跟據我們實際情況主動幫忙升級房間，房間雖然不大，但佈置的很有特色，室外的空間比較寬敞，適合天氣好的時候坐在外面聽風穿過鬆林的聲音。餐廳環境不吵不鬧，玻璃外有小鹿陪着一起吃飯，毛豆腐特別好吃，牛肉炒飯的米飯微微有點硬，不太適合小朋友～園區項目夠小朋友白天放電，晚上，接駁車送到逍遙街逛吃遊戲，又是一種不一樣的體驗～因為這次天氣原因，不少演出沒有看到，所以，下次必須還來，還住這裏

這次入住體驗遠超預期，前台工作人員熱情主動，十分貼心。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，躺下就能放鬆。早餐種類豐富，熱菜、水果、點心都很新鮮，能滿足不同口味需求。住着很舒服，總之全家都很滿意！

這個房型叫：萬花筒，先把名字打對
整體來説，體驗一般，主要問題是設施陳舊且維護不當
1、屋內地板傾斜，人站着要用力要不會往下滾，有相當大坡度；
2、屋內沒有桌椅，放點東西十分不便；
3、衞生間燈光昏暗，加之暗木調，更看不清，觀感差
4、空調嘩啦滴水，水量挺大，浸濕了東西；
5、餐廳蒼蠅滿屋子飛，提前點的幾個菜，估計被蒼蠅爬遍了；
6、沒有充電樁，稍稍不變。
好的方面
1、工作人員熱情有禮，樂於幫忙；
2、依山而建，住在森林裏，空氣好，私密性好；
3、小童遊樂設施較多

這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店最打動我的就是環境——綠樹成蔭，空氣清新，相當於住進了森林裏，而且房間都是獨棟設計，私密性特別好，完全聽不到外界的喧囂，這種特色是其他很多酒店給不了的，非常適合帶孩子體驗。前台和接待人員服務熱情周到，讓人感覺很親切。早餐種類豐富，口味也不錯，孩子可以邊吃邊看小鹿。酒店距離逍遙街很近，下午到晚上有很多有趣的活動參加。特色接駁車隨叫隨到，省去了很多等待時間。最讓孩子開心的是這裏的小童遊樂設施，種類多、安全又有趣，愛萌樂園喂小動物，能玩很久都不膩。下次有時間來還會選擇這裏！

這次住了兩個房型 綉樓和閣樓 相比起來綉樓房型舒服太多啦 寬敞明亮 還有個巨大的露台和小院子 閣樓就更為緊湊 住起來也沒綉樓那麼舒服，但是無論如何要給酒店的工作人員點個大大的贊 遇到的每位員工都12分真誠和熱情 24小時的接駁車服務也十分周到 響應和到達時間也很迅速 酒店整體配套設施齊全 餐廳食物好吃 緊挨着齊雲山小鎮 臨行前孩子還依依不捨 明年我們一定要再來的
