虛假宣傳，明明預訂的房間是2層到4層，結果到酒店，直接被安排在一層，跟客服説去二層，客服説必須補交差價20塊。結果早晨不到六點就被吵醒了，吃一塹長一智吧！唯一可圈可點的是，早餐還不錯。
