Xingang Holiday Hotel(Xinzheng International Airport Shop) Reviews

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My prepaid booking included free airport shuttle and breakfast. There was no shuttle service evident at the airport. However I asked at the money exchange if they would phone the hotel for me, which they did. Someone arrived promptly from the hotel who accompanied me to their vehicle with a driver. The ladies at the reception downloaded WeChat on my phone to make communication easy. Reception had no record of my booking through Trip.com or my arrival but sorted it efficiently and quickly. They were very welcoming. The staff insisted on carrying my bags and accompanying me to my room even though there’s an elevator. The room is appointed with many features including dressing gown, slippers, hot water jug, small fridge, snacks, toothbrush and toiletries. Complimentary fresh fruit was delivered to the room. The room had good light and a good view and blackout curtains. Breakfast was an extensive banquet with so many different dishes, hot and cold, cooked and fresh. Many of the Chinese dishes I found too vinegary for my taste. There was plenty of fruit, juice, biscuits and a toaster with white bread, butter and jam for a western palate. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean inside and out. The gardens attractive and maintained to a very high standard. After breakfast a van was available for shuttle service to the airport. I had 25 hours in Zhengzhou, not enough for sightseeing but enough for a really comfortable sleep in a quiet and beautifully decorated hotel.

I had an excellent experience at the Xingang Hotel. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, and the services provided were of high quality. Additionally, they graciously upgraded my room, which was immaculately clean. Overall, it's a great option for a short stay.

Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.

The hotel is 1.5 kilometers from the airport, the first choice to catch the plane, as well as free shuttle service. The staff for the hotel are super nice and the hotel location is good , and the breakfast was , and the desk staff ( Wang Meing and Wang Fei) are so friendly and very helpful, if I ever visit Zhengzhou again, this hotel will be the place that I will stay in., recommend for all who look for a nice hotel to stay in this hotel

The airport shuttle service is good, but the facilities are very old. The toilet has a sewer smell, especially the bathroom light will be turned off at a fixed time, which is very inconvenient. When you are using the bathroom, the light suddenly goes out, leaving only a dim light in the bathroom. Although it is understandable to save energy, it really brings trouble to the guests. The thing I want to complain about the most is that the hotel doesn't even have a spare hair dryer. The hair dryer didn't work right after it was plugged in. It still didn't work after changing different sockets. I asked the front desk to send one up, but they made all kinds of excuses, saying that the hair dryer might have been used for too long and it had an automatic power-off protection function. The main thing is that the hair dryer had just been plugged in and hadn't been used yet. Then they said that the socket might be broken and they had to ask an engineer to come up and fix it. It was speechless. The room had already been checked in and the guests had already washed up. It was very inconvenient to come in and check. After talking for a long time, the hair dryer was not delivered. The main reason was that the hotel didn't have a spare hair dryer.

Arrived at the airport in the evening, the hotel arranged a free pick-up at Gate 2 on the 1st floor, which was very convenient. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff was warm and hospitable. When I checked in, I found that I had been upgraded to a new room. The hotel was so considerate. Everyone was worried about the sound of airplanes. I heard it several times before going to bed, but it was generally acceptable. It is impossible to be perfect near the airport. I slept all night and didn't feel the noise. The hotel also has breakfast, with a lot of variety.

When I checked in in the afternoon, the front desk told me that the queen bed was no longer available. They very "considerately" told me that they had upgraded me to a suite. I didn't know if I didn't check in. The upgraded suite was actually next to the conference room because I didn't sleep the night before. I was in the hotel in the afternoon. Even when I was taking a break, I could hear the sounds of the meeting outside. I could see the people in the meeting room through the window between the bathroom and the living room. I was scared to go to the bathroom. The door to the room was also shaky, even if an adult used a little strength. It can be pulled open; the TV in the bedroom was also removed, and there was no hair dryer. I called the front desk and asked the front desk to send it, but the hair dryer was really not used. It was the worst stay experience ever.
