床單上有黑色污漬，這個沒什麼，確實洗不掉，但是一掀開馬桶蓋裏面還有一支煙頭這個我就不理解了，別人退房到底有沒有打掃？！！

第一次來給了三星，覺得環境設施都還不錯，又來了第二次，環境非常差勁連一星我都不想給。非常臟。到處都是小飛蟲，投影機上臟的也不知道是什麼，廁所非常小，覺得很不方便，第一次來的時候衞生間裏面還用玻璃把馬桶和淋浴隔開了，覺得這個酒店還挺良心的，這次的廁所又小又不方便，廁所在門後設計的非常不合理，而且非常臟到處都是小飛蟲，甚至還有蜘蛛網，地漏做的非常差，洗個澡房間裏面跟水漫金山一樣水漏的到處都是，被子也是，有一邊甚至是開的，不是開了一點，是一邊全部開，本來以為水槽裏面的牙膏蓋是我們掉進去的結果我們的牙刷根本就沒打開。衞生太差勁非常差勁！前台的服務態度還挺不錯的，其他有待提高。

房間大小可以，周圍買東西比較方便。空調質量不行，不制熱。牆面掉渣，衞生間排風還有問題。服務效率低，還慢。
