訂房間前打電話確認過有沒有停車地方，説是酒店門口就是，免費停車。去了要停車的時候來保安了，説是門口是飯店的車位。不讓停。讓自己找別的停車場。轉了一大圈離很遠才有，然後電閃雷鳴的要下大雨了。無奈又開回去。問酒店前台，不是説門口車位可以停嗎。然後前台矢口否認，説沒有人説過這種話。讓聽保安的。保安讓停哪裡停哪裡，半小時都沒解決掉停車問題，再出門晚上十點多了看到保安給別的車安排門口車位，保安看到我隨口説了句要不你也停門口吧，到點下班了現在可以酒店的停車了。這都是什麼亂七八糟的，沒句實話。差勁的要死。早上六點多走廊上一羣小孩子瘋跑嗷嗷叫喊。還有挖掘機在工作。每天打掃衞生的茶包也不給補充，真會過日子。酒店一進去就是很老舊的感覺，圖片上的城堡照片跟酒店半毛錢關係沒有。盜圖。城堡是這個學院裏麪的一個建築，並不是這個酒店。這酒店的環境真是妙不可言啊。噩夢一樣。希望能給看到的人避雷。

設施：非常老舊，房間大是挺大的，但是很多設備都有一種破敗感 像好多年沒裝修的
衞生：櫃子上都一層灰
最搞笑的是打開他冰箱裏麪竟然有之前顧客留下的垃圾 不知道是怎麼做的清潔
文創帽子:訂單上説送文創帽子 找前台要，他説他們沒有參與這個活動 讓我自己聯繫攜程的客服
後面還是前台聯繫了他們自己的領導 才知道參與了 培訓也是有一點拉胯
總結下來體驗感非常不好 不值這個價格

เพิ่งไป sias university ไปหาเพื่อนที่เรียนอยู่ เลยหาที่พักที่เดินทางใกล้ จนมาเจอโรงแรมนี้ อยู่ในมหาลัย ที่พักดีมาก ห้องสวยตรงปก ทำเลดี ใกล้กับ mc ,starbucks และ popmart ที่พักอยู่ทางซ้ายใกล้ประตูทางเข้ามหาลัย เดินทางสะดวกมากๆ แม่บ้านเข้ามาพับที่นอน ทำความสะอาดทุกวัน เราเป็นคนไทย พูดภาษาจีนไม่ได้ พนักงานพยามสื่อสาร ให้ความช่วยเหลือ และดูแลเราอย่างดี ถ้ามาอีกครั้งจะกลับมาพักที่นี้อย่างแน่นอน

房間很乾凈！設施很新！服務人員態度很好！性價比很高，從攜程網預訂，套間一晚還不到260元。酒店在鄭州西亞斯學院院內，校園門口有6路公交車，交通方便。鄭州西亞斯學院環境很美，東西方各種風格的建築交相輝映。閑暇之餘在校園轉轉，是一件很愜意的事。
