第一次來鄭州龍湖鎮送孩子上學，沒來之前在網上找酒店，看到弘德人文酒店好評不錯，果斷定了。來之前電話聯繫了前台妹妹，非常客氣的給我們升了套房。住了三天，環境很不錯，衞生乾淨，服務人員禮貌，服務熱情，因為中間有兩天要去開封，我又提前預訂回來的房間，以後有機會再來還會住這裏。

我下午三點多辦理入住，晚上9點不知道是酒店經理還是店長，上門要“清潔費”（我是用作婚房），告訴我套房如果用作婚房需要加“清潔費”或者更換婚房訂單，否則無法在酒店接親
我之前也有到門店諮詢過用**宜，當天比較晚就加了門店微信，告訴我説第二天經理聯繫我，一週沒人回覆，我又主動問詢，也沒有告知訂套房用作婚房需要補所謂的“清潔費”，需要額外加清潔費也能理解，但是你們的做法實在無法忍受，你們自己管理上的失職憑什麼讓消費者買單
既然收了清潔費，拜託房間打掃的乾淨點，窗户邊上的美紋紙都還在呢

房屋設施等其他的都中規中矩，同價位符合相應標準。但是，服務很差，從來沒有遇到過這樣的酒店。退房之後，電話告知你床單有血漬。然後讓你付清潔費。發過來一張照片，是黑白照片。壓根看不到是血漬還是污漬。而且非常小，幾個點點。不知道是不是我們房間的床單，也不知道是不是住之前就這樣。而且我們也沒來大姨媽，也沒有傷口，哪裡來的血漬呢？而且這麼小的污漬，你們就算清潔，能有幾個錢呢？這就是欺負外地人，欺負大學生，欺負我們涉世未深。以後來你們家住店的老鐵，得帶着床單被罩。因為你們家床單金貴，需要額外付費。

房間環境很好，沒有煙味，酒店服務人性化，空間佈局十分合理，沒有噪音問題，床墊枕頭很舒適浴室衞生間乾濕分離有頂噴和花灑乾淨衞生，健身房器械齊全佔地面積很大還有泳池。很好的兩天住宿體驗。推薦！
