Location is good, only 5minutes drive to Nalati Tourists Center. Reception and hotel workers are helpful. We checked in late, tired and hungry, and wanted a meal at the hotel, though the restaurant was just closed. They asked us, 6 of us, to sit comfortable first, served us hot tea, and asked the chef return to restaurant to cook for us. This is what i call good service. The hotel is relatively new, well designed, with a garden. We enjoyed our stay.

I went on a family trip at the end of July. The room was very small and the facilities were rudimentary. The suitcase was open and I could hardly walk. The lack of air conditioning was a dead end. The room hygiene was also very average. In such a hot weather, the bed was covered with blankets. I told the front desk when I checked in. I needed a fan, but when I came back after dinner in the evening, I was told there wasn't one. I waited until later and rushed to the front desk angrily to ask for a fan. Because there is no air conditioning and the windows cannot be closed, the music outside is very loud. I understand that it is a scenic hotel and the conditions are not allowed to be particularly good, but this is the first time I have seen such a poor hotel. I really can’t understand the good reviews. The only advantage is probably that it is close to the scenic spot. Haha, this is the first time I give a bad review to Lin Yin Hotel! !

The hotel is located in a scenic area with nice scenery. I arrived at the hotel to check in in the afternoon and the front desk was indifferent. I understand that hotel prices are high during the tourist season. The unit price is 1,500 per room. At least the service should be up to par. The hotel's landline phone is not easy to use. If you want water, you have to use your mobile phone to make a call. The room upgrade privilege provided by Ctrip is not easy to use. When I asked the front desk, the attitude was even worse. We started very early the next day, and the hotel packed breakfast in advance, which was good. Facilities: There is nothing nearby, only the hotel itself has a restaurant. The bathroom sink is in tatters and has severe scale. The shower head is slow to produce water and is severely damaged. Hygiene: There were two big flies🪰 as soon as you entered the room. There were unknown small bugs on the curtains. There were two yellow dots on the towel. The hygiene was terrible. I understand that there are many mosquitoes near green plants. At least the hygiene in the room could keep up. Bar? There are 700 or 800 B&Bs outside the scenic area that are not as bad as this, not to mention that they are advertised as hotels. There is no problem with the high price. The service environment, facilities and catering should be up to standard, otherwise as a consumer you will just feel that it is not worth it.

The worst hotel on this trip, I am specifically reviewing this. For the 2000+ room type, the toilet has no door and the toilet flush button upstairs is broken. The cleanliness is really amazing, not only are there little ones crawling around, but one even crawled into the suitcase and took it home...disgusting🤢🤢

The sound insulation is very poor. I went to bed at 11:20 and there were guests singing next to the building. There was basically no view. It is not worth booking!

All rooms have no air conditioning. Don't go back to the hotel too early, otherwise it will be too hot. The breakfast is at the level of a youth hostel. There is no difference in the food. It feels like home. Lin Yin originally thought that this was a relatively high-end hotel. I don't know at what price it has undertaken countless trips. The tour quality is low and noisy, so it is not suitable for tourists who drive alone.

The first time I reviewed it, I was really pissed off. 1. The room facilities are old. Problems in the two rooms we stayed in include: the sink faucet is loose, the cabinet baffle is half off, two of the four charging plugs cannot charge, and the water pressure in the shower is very low. 2. The front desk staff have a bad attitude, especially the two front desk ladies from ethnic minorities. One of them was when I went to the front desk to report a room problem at night, I said in mocking language: "Then I'll upgrade to a room with you." (I made it very clear that I didn't want to change rooms because I had too much luggage. , I was also very tired and didn’t want to move. But this staff member had a lot of meaning: Don’t you just want to upgrade the room to deliberately cause trouble?) The other one was when I checked out in the morning. This time, I stayed in Kuldening and Nala. When mentioning the unpleasant check-in experience at Bairui, his attitude was contemptuous, and his eyes expressed the meaning: If you like it, stay there, and if you don't want to, don't stay there (so Bairui probably doesn't need customers' opinions). 3. During breakfast, I ate rust strands in the stir-fried cabbage... (However, the attitude of the waiter in the restaurant was much better than the two at the front desk, so I can’t blame him, it’s the chef) All in all, there are countless hotels better than Bai Rui Lin Yin in Nalati. The reason why I chose this hotel is because I had a pleasant stay at Bai Rui in Kuldening last year. But now it seems that there will never be a third stay. If you don't mind the old facilities and poor service attitude, you are welcome to stay. (For one thing, this place is quite close to the scenic spot)

The hotel is relatively new. It is right in the scenic area. You can see cows and horses in the parking lot. There are many USB sockets on the bedside. It really won my heart! Breakfast was relatively ordinary, just two eggs and soy milk; to contact the front desk, dial a mobile phone number
