Best location, beautiful hotel and that's it. The room were like most reviewed. I found dozens of flies died on the floor. The floor is dirty like they've never use detergent to clean it. I felt like it's sticky every time I walk. The bathroom was nice, but it couldn't well drain, until water came out of shower area to the bed. I think the price I paid, expensive, was not worth poor service and accommodation provided.

二刷那拉提草原，也是第二次入住這個酒店，個人覺得這是整個伊犁地區最好的酒店了，而且也是那拉提景區內唯一的酒店，設施一流，風景極好，早餐也不錯，甚至10點半都還能點餐到房間，人員也很熱情，重點表揚一下工作人員@別克，很熱情，服務也周到👍

房間很大，酒店雖然不是很新，但設施維護的都不錯。住在景區裏，酒店幫忙訂自駕票，可以省不少麻煩。晚上的自助餐128一位，性價比也不錯。早餐人較多，座位比較緊張。

房間衞生：一進門就聞到一股味道，禮賓説開窗通通風就好了，估計是普遍現象。進到衞生間發現浴缸上一根捲毛，再到馬桶那兒又發現一根，反饋前台重新打掃，我們就去泡温泉了，結果泡完温泉回來，那兩個異物還在，再次反饋前台被告知客房已經重新打掃好了，説明他們的衞生標準就放在那兒。最終又安排客房又來一趟，拿個粘毛器粘走了。
早餐：品類很豐富，補餐也很及時，衹是人比較多，需要等位。
環境：在河谷草原，出門對面的山坡上就可以看到羊羣、馬羣、小溪，不過周邊在施工。
設施：下水管的隔音不行，可能是樓上在用水，我們一樓房間下水的聲音就很響，睡眠不好又需要早睡的請慎重。
其它：房間的洗護用品很好用，室外温泉沒開，室內温泉的椅子上長蘑菇了，也沒有打掃，泡完温泉洗完澡出來，找不到服務人員開櫃門拿衣服。

本次伊犁之旅的最大驚喜！沒想到在景區裏面還有這樣豪華舒適、配套完善的酒店，可以和市區的五星級酒店媲美。房間很大，佈局合理，安靜舒適，一覺睡到大天亮。早餐種類豐富，很好吃。
特別表揚一下所有工作人員，熱情周到，尤其是前台張宇澤，還給我們贈送了餐飲和水果，真心非常感謝，有一種賓至如歸的感覺🙏🏻下次有機會來還會再入住，也會推薦朋友來，希望金陵山莊越來越好！

酒店就在那拉提景區裏面，非常適合自駕前往，裝修很豪華，房間窗户外面就是草原，就像住在風景畫裏面，早餐很豐盛，選擇很多，口味也還行，算是伊犁之行驚喜酒店之一了！
