進出民宿區域非常方便，服務人員從門衞到客房都很熱情，都是實誠的當地人，對於我們遇到的問題都能及時給與幫助，一進院子，像是進到了自己的家一樣，住在裏面像是一個大家庭，白天可以看動物，放風箏，坐船，挖沙，小朋友可以玩飛盤🥏，娛樂設施也不錯，住宿方面，因為是木質結構所以沒有一絲怪味道，就是因為是清明假期，小朋友非常多，深夜的時候會有些吵鬧～

我們去的那天下雨 基本都在房間 房子是木頭的 有點潮，怕徐州假期人太多去的新沂，結果在這邊整個景區沒啥人 孩子又太孤獨了，注意 附近沒有飯店 要麼自己帶要麼去附近馬陵山鎮買 整個山莊衹有方便麪

設施：設施齊全。
衞生：房間環境。床品都很乾凈舒適
服務：服務我覺得工作人員都是很努力幫助解決問題 我們第一天回來的晚 值班的大姨一直等我們為了給我們送第二天的早餐票 很感動！
缺點有兩點
1.因為建築結構的原因 基本沒有隔音 如果有晚回來的就不可避免的影響睡眠。但基本在可控範圍內。要有點心理準備
2.早餐！我們是單獨買的早餐券 還跟我們説要提前一天買因為要準備 那我是不是可以理解為我買了早餐券你們就需要做好這個準備的量！告訴我們早餐時間段並且叮囑最好八點半去 但我們第二天早上八點半去的時候跟我們説基本沒東西了。這就讓人有點生氣了 一個人20最後就拿了兩個包子一個雞蛋 一碗粥。是不是有點過分了！既然提前買了餐券這個準備沒有麼？我朋友後下去的生氣發火了就又給拿出了一些。那這是什麼意思 這點我們是都挺生氣的！
