位置很好，就在茶山對面，門口是毛尖博物館和文新毛尖專賣，我們到了以後先在博物館溜達了一下，瞭解毛尖的前世今生，又買了文小新奶茶和毛尖冰淇淋。酒店房間不大，設施齊備，或許是茶山的負氧離子多吧，睡得很好，早餐簡約不簡單，酒店還送了對麪茶山的觀光車票和伴手禮（兩包信陽毛尖和兩包信陽紅），兩人省了至少60元，性價比超高的酒店。前兩張是房間實拍

設施：都很新，小度全屋控制，解放雙手，懶人福音。
衞生：沒有味道，處理很徹底，乾淨衞生
環境：隔音一般，走廊和院子裏有起的比較早遊客聲音能聽到。
服務：送了茶村來回觀光車票，不小心打爛了一個衞生間漱口杯，讓賠償35元，感覺價格有點高。
入住前還擔心差評太多，感受不好。
美中不足是詢問山景房告知床沒有豪華大床房大，我們定的豪華大床，但開窗衹能看到院內幾棵樹，個別還比較高，基本看不到景，樹已經擋的差不多了。
但有一説一酒店位置很好，就在茶村對面，穿過馬路就到了。
不住這個酒店的一定要早到，不然停車要停很遠，步行前往了。

房間不錯，設計合理，空調管用，唯一就是馬桶上有一圈很明顯的臟漬
不得不吐槽一下前台人員，不管溝通什麼都透漏着一股懷疑的眼神，入住兩晚，一開始衹給兩張早餐券，第一天早上使用完再去要，前台一副：你想貪圖我早餐券的眼神；入住開始給了兩張飲茶券一個冰激凌券，第二天去要，前台又是一副：你來佔便宜的口氣
雖然每次有要求都滿足了，但是如果前台能訓練一下面部表情和説話口氣 會令顧客的體驗感好很多

特別好，位置好，就在茶村對面，乾淨衞生，環境好，適合孩子玩，園裡有秋千。早餐也好吃，胡辣湯，熱乾麪，味道絕了！茶村景色不錯，酒店贈送有交通喝茶券，特別划算，孩子喝茶券可以兑換成茶點，一路的零食就有了。總之都挺好，有機會還會選擇！

酒店外在大氣高端，房間乾淨整潔。提個個人建議，1浴巾小2前台休息區動東躺西歪，影響整體3建議門口公交車站牌安裝一個遮陽傘和椅子，客人等車的時候不曬。4早餐可以結合信陽特色菜，提供菜品名字。
