垃圾桶連垃圾袋都不套，被罩不乾淨，有灰的印子，想拍照燈暗，手機自動補光就沒拍出來，然後我給被罩脱了，發現被子兩頭髮黃，很膈應人。老闆還兇，正常入住都是要登記，他還有辦理入住的系統，他不用，也不登記，非要拍我們身份證照片，我們問他為啥不用系統，他説不讓拍就別住了，你們的訊息在網上買一買一大把。那時候好晚了，然後他讓他拍了。雖然知道可以買訊息，但是和身份證照片是不一樣的，身份證照片可以上傳各種APP認證，我真的很無語。聯繫平台客服也是和稀泥，什麼破平台。
