新鄉估計最好的酒店了。房間還是有煙味。表揚一下11號上午早餐外面的大姐。服務員不能光看年輕，經驗很重要。我吃完早餐想帶一杯咖啡上去（房間含兩份早餐），裏面服務員以酒店不允許打包液態食品回房間拒絕。這個我不能理解。後來門口那位大姐送了咖啡給我房間也做了解釋。態度很好。不然我一年住近百天酒店，倒不知道有這種奇怪的規定。服務好評就是打給她了。

住過最差的五星級酒店，服務不如沒有，服務都是添堵的服務。
沒人不給辦入住，説是前面的人沒辦完，前面的人在別的櫃枱辦完入住了，
還讓叫按金，早餐不讓穿酒店拖鞋…

服務態度很好，房間也很好，就是衞生間有尿騷味，不知道哪個**男的對着牆尿了，叫阿姨重新收拾後還是有，應該已經浸入瓷磚縫隙中了
