酒店品牌挺好的，在杭州也經常去雷迪森開會、吃飯和住宿。這次回老家出差，感覺上新鄉雷迪森酒店很新，硬件不錯，但是前台很業餘，對房態和賓客需求0感知，辦入住的時候也全程拉個臉，當天預訂的雙床房後同事沒跟我一起住，我不斷強調我自己入住想換個大床也換不了。辦入住的時候一個在核驗身份，另外一個人舉着pos機在旁邊等着…. 差旅小城市五星住的也不算少第一次見這種操作的。優點是餐廳很好吃，各地菜系都有，房間也不錯，房型設計的合理，設施也很新。我入住時感覺大家都是商旅出差居多，酒店也是一座城市的名片之一，特別是新鄉這小城，大家可選擇的產品也並不多，作為新鄉唯一一家五星希望能越做越好。
