這家酒店真的讓我非常驚喜!從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到它的高品質和專業服務。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪超級舒適，地理環境優越風景好！隔音效果特別好，窗子外面有一條小河但是晚上也不會影響睡眠，設施一應俱全，房間裏有語音助手。工作人員熱情有禮，總是能在第一時間滿足我的需求。在這裏住宿體驗絕-佳，強-烈-推-薦!

去哀牢山玩，住在戛灑小鎮，吃酒店早餐吃到了超好吃的米線，這輩子吃到最合我口味的米線，我吃了兩碗！感謝餐廳大姐熱情的服務！總之，非常好的居住體驗，服務人員都很好，設備齊全，環境不錯。我愛雲南！！！非常遺憾的是光顧着吃，忘記拍照了。上兩張哀牢山照片，紀念一下。

雲縵真的很不錯，我覺得以下方面很好。1.新開的酒店，裏面設施很新，很乾凈。2.前台的小姐姐顏值很高，對小朋友很友善。3.服務員也很和善，服務也很好。小朋友把床單弄濕了，他們還説不用管。4.停車場很大，很方便。5.健身房風景很好哦，看圖片。推薦！🌿🌴🌳😁😁

設施衞生：房間很乾凈，牆體、衞浴、五金細節都很不錯，還是半自動智能馬桶。床和枕頭都很軟，跑了一天躺下來簡直是享受😎
飲食：含早，雖然品種不夠多，到當地肯定是當地特色飲食，玉米香糯，紅薯甜甜，阿姨煮的米線搭配的肉末很香，不比街上賣的那種差（◐‿◑）全自動中文菜單咖啡機，咖啡很香，到店的小夥伴可以一試。
服務：服務很熱情，響應也快，外賣送餐機器人🤖很乾凈很可愛
總結：一眼能看出裝潢是設計師用心設計的，從衞生間掛畫、美縫、五金地漏什麼的明顯能感覺到，入住讓人有種回家的感覺。到戛灑玩的可以一試，價格和哀牢山上的民宿比真的不貴還好太多，很棒值得推薦的一家
