花了九百住的別墅區，下午兩點進去裏面的湯池明顯是沒有換過水的，服務員説是 12 點上一個退房後剛換過水，兩個小時水臟成那樣我是不敢信。我讓重新換的水，最後還真是，第二天十二點我退房前看了一眼，和我剛進來的樣子一模一樣。
景區搞低價策略可以理解，但是我花小一千住的房間，和別人一百進來的用一個公共湯池，每個湯池裡麪都是一堆人，屁股挨着屁股，一看每個湯池裡都是老頭老太太。公共湯池根本都沒法泡。湯池就那麼小，剛一走近好幾雙眼睛盯着你。宣傳的魚療池子兩天沒看見一條魚，啤酒牛奶池更是找不到。進去排隊的時候也是，一堆人帶着小孩孩子都往裡麪擠，一點體驗感沒有。檢票排了十幾分鍾，小孩子還在那亂叫。要是景區搞低價策略，那把温泉別墅的價也降下來，省得我們多花了錢還是和別人幾十塊錢花門票進來的湯池一樣，在這不上不下地搞什麼呢？水果區也是，一堆人在那排着隊領水果，和領救濟糧一樣，一點也沒吃就走了。最近又搞了一個 99 塊錢雙人票，我衹能呵呵，建議直接搞成 20 元一人的大澡堂得了。
水也是用的廉價消毒液，進去泳池渾身癢，各個服務人員的態度對比商務酒店也是不咋地。要是真想搞成大澡堂我也無話可説，我衹能説再也不去了。
別墅區也很破舊了，進去好多野草，送的燒烤烤架和裏面的夾子也很臟，根本不夠用的。最主要的是客房電話一直都打不通，給我氣夠嗆。花錢來受罪的嗎。
很糟心的體驗，建議想享受的中高端客户別來了，大澡堂略強一點吧。不夠糟心的

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。

我定的房間是12月30日的星空泡泡屋，早上來了説還沒騰出來房間，這個理解，他叫我們先去玩 説收拾好了會打電話給我們，我從十一點給動物王國轉到三點半 實在轉不動了 我自己打的電話 人家説收拾好了 這麼巧的麼 我打電話就正好收拾出來了 叫我給院子裏轉悠四個小時
開房間沒有人告訴我私湯放水要提前一個半小時 我從冰雪世界步行回去 出發時打電話説讓給家裡放上水 工作人員答應 我説半小時到了可以直接泡 工作人員這時候也沒有説需要提前一個半小時約防水 我走回去半小時回去沒水，給他們打電話 人家這才説提前約 我説要放水人電話 人家説沒有 説給我崔 很不耐煩。
另外星空泡泡屋不是有衞星電視麼？電視是1寸的？我咋沒看見電視在哪裡了？沒這配置你別往上寫啊
現在是12月30號晚上八點左右 我已經退房回家了 很不好的體驗

服務員很熱情，但這次入住好像沒有放迎賓小果盤，房間抱枕套用久都起球了，淋浴間排水稍慢，且沒有門擋，洗澡時水會一直漫出到外面，其他都不錯

從西安帶孩子出遊，為了便利選擇了園區對面的温泉酒店。定的酒店+動物王國+温泉兩天一夜套票，動物王國可以兩天無限次入住。從進門酒店乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度很好，看見帶孩子免費升級了房型，房間面積不小唯一不足洗浴得到酒店一樓，房間無法洗浴。早餐中規中矩味道適中，温泉池子較多營業到晚22：00，有孩子戲水的池子，因為行程較緊，未能體驗到位。整體酒店服務人員的態度都很贊，記得有個客房大姐叫Wendy張春霞問詢的時候回答後並介紹了酒店的其他設施臨行前特意叮囑有問題隨時聯繫解決，感謝酒店全體服務人員的熱情招待。小朋友臨離開酒店還特意交待下次還來住這裏，服務會彌補很多不足，祝貴酒店生意興隆。

服務:服務優質，有賓至如歸的感覺。特別表揚前台姓普的小哥哥，服務態度非常好，熱情貼心，主動幫忙聯繫擺渡車，温泉和早餐也安排的妥妥滴。
環境：環境優美，鳥語花香。
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈。住的放心。
設施：設施齊全，配置高端大氣上檔次，兩個大人帶一個孩子住正好。特別適合親子游。
