這是一家性價比相當高的酒店，花最少的錢享受極高的待遇。從硬件上看不亞於五星級酒店，超大的房間，茶几雙圍椅，貴妃沙發，配套的書桌椅，多達四張椅子任選坐（同價位的酒店沒有那家有這麼多椅子，這點是我最滿意的，許多酒店還衹有一張，似乎客人衹能坐床上，坐得腰痠背痛）。洗漱間乾濕分離，整個房間沒有氣味。酒店地庫雖然在改建，但地面停車坪很大，應該沒有停不了車的情況。早餐品種豐富，比較合口味。酒店主樓離街道和其他建築都較遠，非常安靜。有些小小的遺憾就是附近沒有較高檔次的餐飲和商場，二是酒店過於智能化，房間設備全部聲控，半夜調個空調温度要喊叫，影響他人睡眠。從軟件上看也值得表揚，前台接待和樓層服務員都非常熱情周到，讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。總之這是一家令我們非常滿意的酒店，若要給分，我會給出五分滿分。

第二次來新絳看古建，特意選擇了海泉大酒店，停車場特別方便，酒店對面就是各種小餐館，還有海泉商場，購物逛街都很方便，離龍興寺 天主教堂和絳州大堂都不遠，謝謝前台另外送的早餐券，早餐也可以，房間真心不錯，房間很大很乾凈，仿明清傢俱很漂亮，空調製熱效果不錯，整體性價比很高！

自駕遊途經，這酒店不知是否新絳最好的酒店，可謂性價比超值，由其停車場巨大，對自駕絕對友好，酒店服務態度比很多大城市都好，周邊吃飯店也多，點贊推薦！！（就是浴室比較滑，防滑墊要換大點）

這次住宿的體驗特別不好。
第一，前台不知道價格，隨意報價。本來沒有懷疑，結果報了幾個價格，導致我怕被坑，就買了網上的。
第二，衞生狀況，床單上有一些黑色的不明東西，星星點點的，一晚上基本沒睡。這個我沒有反應，因為本來也就湊合。孩子今天更是無精打采，説床上看起來膈應
第三，早上孩子去餐廳看看有什麼吃的，我説咱們不吃酒店的早飯了，我帶他們吃別當地的特色，孩子就在餐廳拿個雞蛋，被服務員大吼大叫説不準帶，我到達餐廳，服務人員更加態度惡劣，生怕我吃一口餐廳的飯。
選擇酒店絕對不能臨時決定，一定要看好。這是太讓人生氣了！

入住體驗一般 住的不是很舒服 除了房間面積大外都是問題，入住第一天早上七八點敲門問要不要做衞生，我怎麼記得所有酒店都是下午或者中午做續住衞生的 哪有大早上敲門的， 然後就是很吵 隔音不好，第二天中午服務員在樓道里嘻嘻哈哈就在我的門口 我忍了一會兒睜不開眼睛出門看了一眼打住了 不聊天了 就是這天晚上三點多外面一直有聲音 我以為在修東西 再往後一天酒店停水沒通知 我打開水龍頭臉洗一半已經上洗面奶的時候出來的都是黃色帶泥沙的水 打電話問説是放一會兒就好了 再放一會兒涼水就沒了衹能到一樓洗臉刷牙 然後臉就很乾， 再往後一天就是樓道在修東西 還是服務員嘰嘰喳喳在聊天的聲音 從那一頭喊另外一頭的人， 真的你們沒有手機溝通嘛 出門住酒店不是本地的都是在外面趕路的就不想被打擾安安靜靜睡個覺太難了 多加強下酒店員工的培訓吧 太吵了 你也別管現在幾點中午還是下午的 有人是熬夜加班將近早上才能睡得，你在樓道聲音這麼大！！！

臨近新絳才發現訂錯了侯馬的酒店，臨時改訂了這一家，到了發現在這個低調的寶藏縣城果然給人意外和驚喜！酒店是24年底重新裝修的，房間乾淨又衞生，智能系統，前台也服務熱情

首先酒店正在裝修，環境臟亂差，其次酒店很多開房打牌的，不知道是不是**，特別是晚上，打牌的大喊大叫，一直到深夜兩點多，多次投訴依然不管事，前台態度推諉，這是我在山西旅遊體驗最差的酒店。我以為是國營的酒店，服務態度傲慢、推諉，酒店員工的精神面貌太差 建議酒店老闆能夠重視。
