Clean room and conveniently located. Breakfast options were very limited

Hotel was good for just a night, rooms were outdated and needed a refresh, bathroom had a bad smell, but the sheets were clean! If your not planning on spending to much time in you room, this place is fine.

The room was clean, but the service was poor. The front desk staff was indifferent. When I asked about the free parking, they said they didn't provide it, resulting in a parking fee of 28 yuan. When I asked which floor breakfast was on, they showed me the breakfast voucher, which felt like a bit of a scam.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the departure point for a day trip. We originally thought it was old and not in good condition, but when we got there, we found it was quite good and clean. It was worth the extra 100 yuan. The room we booked included breakfast, but we left early for the day trip and breakfast was not available yet. The hotel does not offer breakfast takeaway.

1. Poor environment: There was a strong smell of cigarettes and body sweat as soon as you entered the room, and there was no window for ventilation. 2. Poor hygiene: There were stains on both sides of the bed sheets as shown below. 3. Poor attitude: I called the room service number more than a dozen times but they didn't answer. At the beginning, they said they didn't answer the phone, and then they said they should put the phone aside. When I called, they were on the phone. I called the front desk, and he said that if you can't get through to the room service, I can't get through either. 😂 When I checked out in the morning, the room service was able to get through, which surprised me. 4. Poor facilities: The window couldn't be closed tightly, and I heard cars coming and going all night. When I was taking a shower, the switch was broken. I couldn't turn the big shower head.
