上樓開個門開了半天門緊的不行，屋裡超級冷，衞生間還超級滑，差點滑倒了，屋裡沒有充電器，設施設備不好，本來訂的鐘點房説到八點退房，又讓我團購全天房119,我説住不夠時間能退嗎？前台説不行，我自己都是幹前台的，沒見過這樣的，我真的會謝
