住過這麼多民宿，這一家民宿的前台是見過服務態度最差的，首先拒絕了家早餐的請求，其次在大晚上9:00外面全黑的情況下，竟然讓我們自己走去房間。在我的執意要求下，才不行不願的帶我們過去房間。帶過去的路途中沒有任何服務意識可言，行李是不幫忙拿的、介紹也是沒有的？到房間還差最後一步階梯的時候也是懶得送的。。。衹能説看日出的環境還可以，房間內的衞生一般，窗簾上的污漬清晰可見，跟老闆溝通之後也沒有任何反饋，衹是跟我説可以加份早餐，但是在第二天前去餐廳用餐的時候還被服務員質問你是找誰加的早餐。

風景特別美的民宿，硬件設施也很棒。哎，衹可惜服務上真的需要有太大的進步空間了，尤其當天值班的前台讓人太無語，太影響心情了。希望老闆注重服務和細節。

酒店在海拔1000米的茶園裡，風景很美，朝着正東早上可以看日出，餐廳的飯做的還不錯，聽老闆説都是自己家種的菜，美中不足就是房間窗簾下面有一點沒搞乾淨

房間價格確實蠻貴，從裝修上可以看出來之前不叫這個名字，而且他家主要的客源應該是老年旅遊團或者過來療養的人羣，半夜山下還有人用激光往上晃，可以直接晃到眼睛上很不舒服。前台服務態度還可以吧，可能人比較少，就給我指了一下位置自己去，對於年輕人來説是可以的，畢竟走錯了也有體力走回去，但是以後如果有老年人入住還是建議幫忙拎個行李送到房間，房間裏是中央空調這個不錯，床很軟，枕頭也不錯，但是整個房間的平米數沒有標的大，且地理位置確實比較偏僻，所以來的話慎重，建議住的話住兩晚以上，而且建議自備吃的喝的，這邊菜普遍偏貴。
建議配備1到2個管家，主要工作就是送客人，泊車以及跑一些體力活的事兒，這樣有客人賓至如歸的感覺，另外也可以設定一些貼心的小貼士，比如説每天幾點鐘有日出或者説幾點鐘會有什麼活動。我們這一這次住宿沒有任何的活動開展，看到了荒廢的羽毛球場以及荒廢的池塘。
可以嘗試把酒店員工的工資都提高，並且給到一定的服務績效指標，這樣方便老闆對人員進行管理，散客雖然可能不是這個酒店經營的重點方向，但也是打開口碑的一個良好措施。

房間裏很乾凈，因為在山裡，多少有些小蟲子，很小的那種，開燈會招來，山上風景十分美，特別的養眼養心，累了度假的好出去，酒店餐食也不錯，妥妥的農家味，天然食材很棒，就是早餐太過潦草，但都可以被風景彌補

五一沒房，臨時決定30日下班後出發，一路堵到凌晨三點才到，很不好意思打擾店家休息！見到無敵美景的瞬間旅途疲勞瞬間被一掃而光，是個家庭遊和團建的好去處👍

位置距離武漢5小時左右，海拔1000米，但空氣好，越野車，有孩子們玩的很開心，前台到房間需要走一段木質樓梯。房間裏沒有冰箱，這個需要改進。

巖上茶居坐落在茶山之上週圍環境好，房間乾淨，廚房的菜、點了一份山野菜鴨腳掌和薰臘排煨乾蘿蔔片味道很不錯，早餐牛肉菠菜麪條有特色一次愉快的週末休閑
