這次在綠島大酒店的住宿體驗，衹能用“糟糕透頂”來形容！酒店在基本設施維護和客房衞生方面存在嚴重失職，完全辜負了住客的信任。
1. 馬桶損壞嚴重，基本功能缺失：最讓人無法忍受的是衞生間！馬桶不僅沖水時好時壞，最關鍵的是——它竟然連蓋子都沒有！從入住第一天就是光禿禿的馬桶圈，報修後酒店也未能解決。作為一家酒店，連最基礎的衞浴設施都無法保障（還是損壞狀態），實在荒謬！這嚴重影響基本使用和衞生感受。
2. 續住不換床品，衞生狀況觸目驚心：更惡劣的是衞生問題！續住第二天，酒店竟然沒有更換床單和被套！前一天留下的污漬和痕跡清晰可見。這是對住客健康和酒店基本規範的嚴重漠視！想到要睡在未經清潔的床品上，實在令人作嘔。
