也不知道誰的問題了，定了個標間，給我枴到角落裡去了，那個房間一進去就是正對着廁所的嚇死個人，這是設計的問題了，其次就是既然有這個房間也不到萬不得已就不要給人開吧，我這還是平時來的，不至於酒店連個正常標間都沒有吧？然後我就下去換房間，他説我定的是標間就是這樣類似，我住了這麼多你家的酒店了，我還不知道你們房型嗎？還説是升級了的，簡直無言以對，然後他説要換就加錢換，勉為其難已經辦理入住沒辦法退了就衹能加錢給換了，結果還是換在那種邊邊角角！實在是太氣人了！住你家是想舒心沒想到是這樣子的，這前台一點那種迴歸感都沒有，態度服務很不行！
