房間挺乾淨，離着森林公園很近，這是最大優點，其餘就沒啥優點了，沒有啥服務，服務員態度也不好，晚上酒店沒有餐食，酒店周圍也沒有像樣子的飯店，衹有一個私人小飯店，怕不衞生我們沒敢吃，房間太不隔音了，周圍房間説話都聽的清清楚楚，一晚上沒休息好

住店可以免李中森林公園門票。房間裏很生態，床上有一衹蜘蛛，窗上有一衹馬蜂，被我趕走了。

服務態度好，周圍環境優，空氣清新，早晨看日出是不錯的位置，但李中水上森林早晨不讓進，無法拍出日出的森林美景。打掃衞生有待提高。
