"First off, I have to say, the staff at the guesthouse were excellent. Due to a heavy downpour in Ulaan Chab, we experienced internet, electricity, and water outages. However, every single staff member went above and beyond to help guests resolve issues. Since sedans couldn't reach the tent area, they even arranged an off-road vehicle to pick us up. My feedback is not directed at any specific staff member; they were all fantastic. I'd like to offer some insights for the guesthouse and future guests. The scenery here is beautiful, offering a lot more 'wild charm' compared to typical guesthouse areas. However, this 'wild' setting also introduces an element of unpredictability. For instance, before my arrival, I wished there was more detailed information about the rooms available through official channels, such as the view from each tent, or photos showing what can be seen from the courtyard looking out. This is very important for guests like me who don't like 'blind box' surprises. I'd like to see the relative positions of the tents, as well as the location of the water, grassland, and restaurant. (Fortunately, I was able to find photos, videos, and drone shots from other guests on Xiaohongshu). Based on online pictures, I confirmed the room with the view I preferred. I then called customer service to confirm the room's location and view, specifically requesting a larger lawn and a view of the lake. After confirmation, I switched from a lakeside room to Room 2, which was a bit further from the water but supposedly offered views of both the lawn and the lake. However, when I saw the room, I was instantly dumbfounded. Before me was a courtyard surrounded by overgrown weeds, taller than a person. Standing in the courtyard, I couldn't see the water at all. The pictures I saw on Xiaohongshu showed Room 2 with a beautiful view: a lawn in front, and distant houses and the lake beyond. My Room 2 was no different from an abandoned, overgrown house in a village. After a highly anticipated trip – a four-hour drive from Beijing, navigating through a heavy downpour and flooded national roads to finally arrive – the 'good room' I chose was truly beyond words (in a bad way). For those booking in the future, here are some suggestions regarding views: For king-bed rooms: Room 1 > Room 5 > Room 6 > Room 2. For twin-bed rooms: Room 4 > Room 3. With such beautiful scenery, a little weeding would go a long way in maintaining those great views. It's not about removing all greenery, but managing the overgrowth."

"This trip to Inner Mongolia was truly amazing! The accommodations were fantastic, with sweeping views of the grasslands. The room was clean and comfortable, and the blue sky and green fields were right outside the window, making it feel like stepping into a painting. The only minor challenge was the presence of a few mosquitoes, but the hotel thoughtfully provided insect repellent, which completely eliminated any issues! I especially want to praise our housekeepers, Xiao Li and Huimin, for their attentive and enthusiastic service throughout the trip, always ready to help with any questions. The biggest surprise was our photographer, Yi Han! Her photography skills were incredible, with pinpoint angles and a wonderful sense of composition. She even guided me through my movements and expressions, resulting in stunning original photos. Not to mention she even provided free editing, ensuring a 100% success rate! There were also plenty of activities nearby, including horseback riding, archery, and sunset watching...every day was different! I highly recommend this trip! You won't regret having Yi Han take your photos! I'll definitely be back! 🌟"
