設施比較陳舊，服務一般，樓頂温泉不開放，但温泉水夠熱，總體對比附近民宿來説價格略貴，勝在附近吃飯方便

五一價格超級划算，不過就是有小孩就很吵睡不好，隔音不太行，附近很多吃的，老闆人也挺好，性價比挺高的，不過搞衞生阿姨服務態度就很一般了

一家人去贛州，找了新豐落腳點，選了這家泡温泉， 我是完全衝著天台有個露天無邊際泳池訂的 。 結果我們30號晚上去 泳池沒有注水， 失望了。
