總體差評。店家服務態度不是很好，有問題要溝通反饋，人家就説那你隨意吧，一副愛搭不理的樣子。具體來講，從入住到離開，20分鐘左右，經歷了智能聲控設備故障、投影使用不暢等等問題，店家倒是説了，聲控你得等！投影你得對準！可店家並沒有聽我説完，聲控是保潔大姐給修的，投影真的要對的特別準，而且是屏幕的反方向，真的方便嗎？面對顧客的質疑，一副愛搭不理，這就是做買賣的態度嗎？我試着提了退款，因為進來的20分鐘真的一直在調整各種設備，連沙發都沒坐一下，可店家反饋已經點了入住，根本退不了，愛怎麼點評隨意，就這個態度。也罷，100多懶得嚷嚷，送給店家吧。總之，體驗很差，避雷吧各位。唯一可取的，也就保潔大姐態度還行。而且這個根本不叫酒店，就是旅店而已。
