錫林浩特的酒店蟲子多，聽説是草原特有的蟲子，不咬人，就是看着心有餘悸，酒店其他方面都挺好的，早餐要是能豐盛一點就更好了

房子是真大，進去以後我可興奮，畢竟是我們自駕遊的第一站。但是我的屋在二樓，我的天啊，鬧了蟲災了。全是小黑蟲子，我以為是蟑螂，找前台，説這是當地的一種蟲子，俗稱“黑牛牛”，網上查了查，還真是。可這蟲子，不但在地上爬，床上，枕頭上，被子上都爬。一翻身，一衹黑牛牛在枕頭上看過我，我頭髮都豎起來了。跟前台説換房間，結果前台説，他們這邊就這樣，換哪個房間都有，衹叫了保潔大叔來打掃。大叔前後來了兩回，掃出去得40多衹，結果還有。瞬間心情全無，對於怕蟲子的，太不友好了。

房間安排在了4樓。沒有電梯，也沒有工作人員幫拿行李。房間大小還可以。但是服務太差。廁所洗澡就水漫金山。地漏不漏水。問題房也拿出來賣，太差勁👎🏻大半夜還得修，修完了也繼續不漏水。

一、整體優勢
1.位置很好，臨近長途汽車站，距離民盛購物中心等商業也很近，購物方便！
2.整體設施很新，樓宇新裝修，內部智能小度和設施較好。
3.房間格局有獨立水台，使用比較方便！
二、細節問題
1.新裝修原因，入住感覺氣味大，夏季開窗多通風！
2.特價房在外側舊樓這邊，因為臨街商業網點沒有電梯，大件行李上樓吃力。
3.內部裝修有些細節問題，如淋浴靠近衞生間門口和洗漱台，地面積水不容易幹易滑，枱面門木製結構容易開裂損壞！
4.內裝有些設施處理倉促，內裝後沒有徹底開荒，有裝修遺留痕跡。
5.電信盒子封裝在櫃子裏，遙控器無法穿透，需要開門使用。
三、優化建議
1.攜程預訂前台沒有預留房間，造成入住床型小，服務品質和水平，要與硬件匹配，有待提高！
2.早餐很一般，和小單位食堂類似，主食品類尚可，菜品僅三樣鹹菜，確實需要提質！
3.瓶裝洗漱洗髮水和沐浴露沒有區分，標簽都叫洗髮水。
