酒店很新，設施也很新，設施先進齊全，質量也不錯，樣式也時尚，衞生很乾凈、沒有死角，房間佈置很温馨，有花瓶、掛畫、還有很多細節，比如多頭充電線、各種日用品，另外純凈水隨便喝，安全設施也很好，比如安全通道標識，窗户是限制開大的。早餐也比較豐盛，服務人員態度非常温和熱情友好周到，還送了口味不錯的水果和零食，總之很滿意！攜程定的，價格也優惠！

定了兩間房，到店登辦入住的時候給分到了不同的樓層 並且離得非常遠！酒店分為a b兩棟，中間的通道和外面完全的商場連接，安全係數很低，而且b座沒有電梯，得走回a來坐電梯，非常不合理。入住時兩間房子很遠，給出的理由是人很多，訂房人的很多，結果第二天早上的自助早餐非常差勁！非常！七點四十到了之後等到八點半，依舊空空如也。餐點完全供應不出來，問負責人原因，負責人給出的理由是不知道會有這麼多人。這個解釋讓我感到很無語，前一天入住了多少人，發出了多少餐券會不知道？總之非常亂！服務人員的專業素養很差，衹有領班經理像被正規培訓過，其他人都很不專業。早餐供應的時候，大堂領班在煮麪，很亂。

經常住維也納，位置很好免費停車非常方便。周邊設施很齊全，對面公園有充電樁電車充電很方便，酒店後面有小吃街，附近有湘菜、廣東菜、KFC，吃飯也非常方便。房間裏有免費充電器，入住還送了小禮品，有零食包還送了毛巾禮盒，真是太貼心了，這麼用心的服務不點好評都説不過去，強烈推薦大家來感受一下，早餐也是很豐盛，還有現煮的麪和餛飩，過年早餐店都沒開門，但是酒店的熱乾麪比外面的還好吃，5星好評！！
