Hampton by Hilton Xichang Qionghai

We passed by Xichang and chose this hotel to rest for one night. The environment was very good. The service of the front desk ladies was very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Tang and Xiao Li. They also upgraded our room for free. Xichang is really a treasure city.

To be honest, I really want to give a bad review, but considering that the service industry is not easy, I still give it a 3 points 1. Because I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 noon, I called in advance to ask if I could check in. The front desk replied that I couldn’t be sure because there were no guests to check out. OK, but there was no reply when the room was ready. It was still the Ctrip staff who contacted to tell me that there was a room available. 2. I like to stay in branded hotels when I go out. Although the room price is low, it is at least a Happy Friends. The hygiene is really bad. I felt that it was not very clean as soon as I entered the door. When I lifted the quilt, it was indeed... Please see the picture. This quilt is still very obvious. In addition, there are dirt on the kettle, hair on the wall of the bathroom, and thread ends on the towel. The staff also saw them all. 3. I won’t go into details about how to deal with it, because I didn’t accept it. I thought that it would be clean after changing a room. Although the room was generally OK. But the details were not in place, such as the traces of the makeup mirror and the handles in the bathroom. I was not satisfied. I didn’t want to toss and turn. The bed was clean and I rested. 4. It affected the check-in experience. When checking out, I didn't ask about the new room again. The room is always the same, the hygiene and service are very poor. I will not stay here again.
