這次入住體驗實在讓人一言難盡，先説説讓人糟心的地方吧。酒店設施看得出來有些年頭了，不少地方都透着陳舊感，比如房間裏的桌椅邊角磨損明顯，牆面也有斑駁的痕跡。最讓人不舒服的是沙發，看起來像是很久沒徹底清潔過，不僅有明顯的污漬，摸上去還有點黏膩感，讓人完全不想坐。
衞生狀況也堪憂，地面角落裡能看到灰塵和毛髮，衞生間的玻璃門和鏡面都帶着水漬和印記，洗漱台邊緣甚至還有點泛黃的污垢，整體給人一種敷衍打掃的感覺。
空調更是個大問題，明明調到16度，房間裏還是不夠涼快，而且運行起來異響特別大，嗡嗡聲夾雜着斷斷續續的摩擦聲，晚上根本睡不好，關了熱，開着吵，太折磨人了。
不過，這次入住唯一的亮點是前台工作人員。辦理入住時態度特別好，耐心解答了我的問題，算是給糟糕的入住體驗添了一絲暖意。
真心希望酒店能好好整改一下設施和衞生問題，不然再好的前台服務也很難留住客人啊。

離高鐵站很近，出行四周都很方便，到古城也就十幾分鍾，服務很熱情，入住房間還會贈送新鮮水果，主要是祝福卡片是手寫的，讓人感受到很温馨以及酒店對客人的真誠，房間衞生服務都不錯，屋內還有景點介紹書籍，對旅遊人員簡直不要太好！
