11672****Environment: Located within the Changpinggou Scenic Area, rooms are currently limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel blends Austrian-style guesthouse ambiance with Tibetan-Qiang wabi-sabi aesthetics. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed views of the mountains, providing a superb location. Every window offers a breathtaking panorama of vibrant autumn colors – perfect for photos! Within easy reach, you can hike, ride horses, or wade in the water to catch fish. Highly recommended! The ”Meconopsis” (a type of wild herb) made me decide to extend my stay just five minutes after checking in.
Service: The owner's homemade steamed buns and yak meat hot pot are delicious. The beef was cooked until very tender and delicious. The bathroom and toiletries were well-equipped with both traditional and disposable towels and bath towels. The toilet was heated and even had wet wipes provided – thoughtful attention to detail. The bathroom featured a multi-functional heater and dryer, exuding a high-end and sophisticated feel. Honestly, it's rare to find such a five-star hotel experience in this remote mountain area.
During my child's autumn break, we researched the top 10 hotels near Mount Siguniang. My requirement was clear: to have a formal, one-on-one meeting with Mount Siguniang. This hotel, in terms of its location and interior design aesthetics, deeply impressed me. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the bed, and feel like you can reach out and touch the stars from the balcony.
It reminds me of something Li Ka-shing once said: Location, location, location.

A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin
We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here.
What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family.
The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air.
As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay.
Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy.
And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place.
When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special.

小金县的一片天堂 ——
我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。
这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。
酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。
作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。
如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。
还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。
当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。

GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the location is superb, especially for my room type, as the balcony offered direct, stunning views of Mount Siguniang. However, be aware that the access road has a narrow stretch where local drivers tend to speed; we even had a close call. Parking at the guesthouse entrance can also be challenging for new drivers due to a steep slope. The room itself is on the smaller side but perfectly adequate for two people. It's worth noting that the in-room oxygen machine is a paid service, activated by scanning a QR code, and reportedly costs 68 yuan per hour. One minor point: the glass partition between the room and the balcony was a bit dirty. A good clean would greatly improve the view for photos. On a positive note, the guesthouse owner is incredibly kind and helpful! I accidentally left an item behind, and they went out of their way to find it and ship it to me via SF Express. Plus, the guesthouse dog is absolutely adorable and playful!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and parking was easy right outside. It's only an 8-minute drive from the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area. The staff were from Chengdu and were very friendly. They kept everything spotless, much better than your average B&B. We ordered a lot of soup pot the night before, and the staff saved it for us the next day. I highly recommend this B&B.

We asked the owner for an extra pair of slippers and a toothbrush, and they brought them up incredibly fast. The service was absolutely amazing – super friendly and enthusiastic. They even gave us recommendations for good food and fun places to visit. The next day, the owner even gave us a free ride to the scenic area entrance. I highly recommend this B&B! If you're visiting Mount Siguniang, you can definitely stay here with confidence. The owner is incredibly kind 👍 We had a wonderful trip!

AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient, less than 200 meters from the entrance to the Shuangqiaogou Scenic Area. Free parking is available at the hotel entrance, allowing you to park and walk to the scenic area. Opposite is the New Four Girls Mountain Villa, which can be found on the map. There's also a supermarket downstairs, making it very convenient for buying daily necessities.
The service was excellent. We booked two rooms, and they were specifically moved to the same floor. The room we were initially assigned was occupied by a guest with a noisy dog across from us, so we were moved again. They also promptly answered questions about the oxygen concentrator and air conditioning.
The hotel facilities are very new. The rooms have central air conditioning and a diffused oxygen concentrator mounted on the wall above the bed (though the panel display is limited, so I'm unsure of its effectiveness). If you need a tube, you can purchase one at the front desk. The bathroom has a self-flushing smart toilet. Perhaps because it just opened this year, the decor can feel a bit stale. You need to open the windows for ventilation. Since it faces the road, passing vehicles can be noisy with the windows open. However, closing the windows around 11 PM doesn't disrupt your sleep. You can go to the 6th floor for breakfast in the morning. There is a washing machine on the same floor and a viewing balcony. The facilities are relatively complete.

The location is easy to find, and they even guided us to parking and helped carry our luggage to the door since there's no elevator [tears of laughter emoji]. The room was clean and comfortable overall. The front desk staff were quick to check us in and provided excellent tips on local attractions and travel itineraries. They even offered oxygen tanks at night. This was by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Western Sichuan. Full marks! I'll definitely be back. The puppy was super cute too! 😂

The hotel environment is excellent, the room is large, and the diffuse oxygen supply in the room is very good. In addition to the ineffective temperature control of the floor heating, the room temperature is out of control to 30℃, and the waiter needs to be called to debug the outdoor unit. In addition to the insufficient breakfast supply, the rice noodles and milk are not available if you go late (8:30). GGuest UserI have a very good relationship with this hotel. I brought my two children with me on this trip. This is a parent-child suite. The children are very satisfied with the environment. It is comfortable and convenient to go out shopping on the street. The environment is very good and very suitable for taking pictures. It has beautiful ethnic characteristics. I will come again next time and look forward to my next trip to western Sichuan!

GGuest UserThe accommodation was very good, clean. The room was a corner room with glass all around. The ceiling had a sunroof that allowed you to see the stars. There was a projector and all the amenities were complete. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel owner was very hospitable. It was near the entrance to Changpinggou. If you want to go to Shuangqiaogou, have the staff call you a taxi. It was near a food source. I recommend staying here.
