Because the hot pot for dinner is heated by carbon, it cannot be packed directly into the room according to regulations, so I originally planned to pack some pasta back to her after dining in the restaurant, but after the restaurant staff learned about the situation, they offered to help me divide the hot pot. Put it into a separate ceramic basin and send the hot pot and noodles to the room together. Not only that, they also thoughtfully cooked the hot pot side dishes separately and delivered them to the room again. The hotel also sent an extra fruit plate to express condolences and concern. Hotel is located within Siguniang Scenic Area - 长坪沟, private cars cannot enter but hotel arranged transportation to pick us up from outside the scenic area. Very friendly staff who helped us to check in smoothly and also gave an informative overview of our room amenities. High altitude sickness is common for travellers who aren’t used to the altitude, and all hotel staff are concerned about travellers’ health, frequently asking whether we are feeling ok or not.

Inform the store of the arrival time in advance and the store will help to turn on the floor heating in advance. This is very considerate and satisfactory. The bedding is soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the toiletries exude a pleasant fragrance. The hotel service is impeccable. The staff is warm and friendly. From the patience and meticulousness when checking in to the caring care during the stay, every detail is handled just right. Once I asked about the surrounding hiking routes, the front desk not only introduced them in detail, but also prepared maps and drinking water for me. In terms of catering, the rich breakfast is amazing. The ingredients are fresh and varied, with both local specialties and classic Western breakfasts to meet different tastes. In my spare time, stroll in the hotel courtyard, feel the breeze on your face, listen to the birds singing, as if all the troubles are left behind. Or sit on the observation deck, sip a cup of fragrant tea, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sunset shining on the mountains and forests, which is extremely comfortable.

Near the scenic spot, there is a parking lot on the street, and the room comes with snack packs and fruits (2 apples). Although the room does not have air conditioning, it has floor heating, and the whole room is warm and not cold. The water temperature is not easy to control when showering, and the temperature changes, which needs to be improved. Hygiene: This is a minus point, the bed is not cleaned.

This is the best hotel ever in my life. The hospitality and service were way beyond what we expected. The hotel owner and staffs were very friendly and welcomed us as foreigners. We were super impressed by services from welcoming plate of fruit to women hairband complimentary. We had the best view of Siguniangshan from our window. Great local breakfast and superb hotpot dinner! This will be the hotel I return when I visit Siguniang.

After returning from the scenic spot, we watched the large-scale song and dance performance ”Wedding under the Mountain of God” in the evening. We could eat hot pot while watching it.
