I forgot a bag at the store, and the owner promptly delivered it back. The oxygen supply in the room is great for those with altitude sickness, helping to acclimate faster. Our stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

The owner was wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The lobby gave us a relaxing and comfortable feeling. The owner was very attentive and introduced us to local cuisine and tourist routes. The room was fully equipped with an oxygen concentrator, disposable toilet seats, disposable toiletries, and a washing machine for laundry. The most commendable thing was that our child had altitude sickness in the middle of the night, and we asked the owner to take him to the hospital. He did it without hesitation, waited for us to return, and explained all the precautions for altitude sickness to us again! I will stay here again next time!
