性價比非常高。停車方便，親子房間很大，服務態度好。這裏距離徐州衹有三十公里，比住在徐州北邊或者東邊的郊區距離雲龍湖更近。而且不堵車。

一共住了兩天，第一天住的房間沒有窗户，睡得整個人昏昏沉沉的。起床去吃早餐，下樓的時候將近9點，餐廳幾乎沒什麼吃的了。還有前台的服務員比較熱情，房間的兩瓶水喝完了又讓他送了兩瓶。服務是比較好的。第2天我們又換了有窗户的房間。下次還會來這家。

這家酒店的位置絕佳，離各個景點都非常近，出門即可遊玩。
房間佈置得超温馨，床品柔軟舒適，睡一覺後感覺非常滿足。

服務級差,1月25-30日入住五晚全程沒有熱水無法洗澡，一家四口大過年期間無法洗澡是何等痛苦。當我們跟前台反映情況得到的是“解決不了的答覆”，27日晚上的前台態度非常差，不但不積極跟領導彙報問題解決問題還跟消費者惡意吵架，在我的強烈要求下前台給賓館經理撥通了電話，賓館經理一直在強調客觀原因而不想辦法解決問題，第二天無意間聽到賓館經理跟其他服務人員聊天説故意不來現場解決問題。這六天當中不單單是我這一個房間沒有熱水，整個賓館若干房間都跟我們是同樣的遭遇，適逢節日都是一家幾口帶着老小出來探親，也都是一連幾天無法洗澡。賓館老闆真是一個慈善家，花錢僱了一幫這樣的員工真是**。提醒大家買服務的時候要提前想想不能洗澡是否能接受。
