Great breakfast with delicious strong coffee, although some savory Western food choices were missing. There is some room for improvement when it comes to the housekeeping service, it doesn’t match the 5-star hotel standard for cleanliness. Pet-friendly room on the ground floor is a good idea for guests with furry friends, the hotel provides toys and a dog bed, but we didn’t get any poop bags which are often provided in other pet-friendly hotels. Balcony doesn’t have a real function as there are no chairs or tables or other features.

房間很大，佈局合理，保潔到位，早餐品種豐富，能吃到當地的一些特色小吃。停車方便，從高速出口到酒店不遠，從酒店步行到附近的熱門餐廳也很近。酒店自己的中餐廳味道不錯，價格也不貴，入住當天正好是中秋，在中餐廳吃飯送了月餅和水果。唯一不足健身房沒有瓶裝水和擦汗毛巾。前台服務從入住到離店都非常熱情周到，去神仙居景區強烈推薦鉑爾曼。

如入園林，景色優美。客房舒適，寬敞明亮，處處潔凈整齊，健身游泳俱全還有温馨的下午茶。酒店周邊可遊可賞的景點也很多，如白塔人工湖、生物多樣博物館、高遷古村……

帶孩子出門 想找一個小童樂園比較好的 對比了一下宣傳圖感覺鉑爾曼小童樂園不錯 就定了 結果還挺失望的
酒店像迷宮一樣 七拐八繞的找不着房間 房間那股新裝修的味道很大 浴缸也是一層灰 小童樂園設施倒是挺齊全的 但是味道真的很大 海洋球一腳踩下去好多沙石子 小朋友會鉻腳 太空沙很劣質 服務員甚至在打遊戲 房間門口有好大一個蜘蛛網 出來都怕掉身上 天黑的時候房間過道還有一衹蝙蝠在飛

酒店位置好，出入很方便，綠化面積佔地大，園內還有一個湖跟一個大的花園，一眼望出來很舒服。酒店房間乾淨寬敞，洗浴用品也很好。整體服務水平很高，賓客關係經理Lior貼心又熱情，考慮周到，有需求發給她都及時響應，還會提供遊玩建議，這次仙居之旅體驗感因為賓客關係經理Lior而更棒了！

新開酒店，設施很新，環境整潔優美。訂了湖景房，看下去風景如圖，房間不算大，但舒適度不錯。酒店早餐點心比較豐盛，有個糯嘰嘰的麪包很好吃，前台、餐廳服務員都很熱情。
酒店旅拍一般般，造型師比較敷衍。

新開的鉑爾曼，設施很新！寵物友好…其他服務員我感覺都比較一般，值班經理+行政總監Joy讓我印象深刻，餐飲我覺得是這個酒店做的做好的一環，具體看圖！現做的蛋糕和華夫餅堪稱經典，油條麻餈和烤餅也相當好吃！晚餐我們也在酒店吃的，油爆基圍蝦驚艷住了！！相當有水準的！！謝謝Joy幫我們處理各種房屋問題，辛苦了！酒店應該感謝昨天有Joy在解決了各種問題～具體為什麼可以自行詢問8.10號這天發生了什麼哈哈哈哈哈～非常好٩（•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑）ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ印象很好👌🏻還會再來～
