走廊氣味很難聞，地毯下估計是瓷磚走的時候不平整得小心點走。房間內設施破舊。最氣憤的是那個圓臉前台服務態度很差。去年寒假住過四天就讓人很不愉快。因為孩子在賓館樓上培訓機構上課，為了孩子學習方便培訓機構安排住樓下這家賓館，第四天上午前台跟我説十二點得退房，我説孩子全天的課比較辛苦中午要午休一下，跟她再三説好話通融到一點半退，前台堅決不同意，最後我説加錢才延長到兩點退房。後來我跟培訓機構的人聊天，她們説完全可以延長到兩點的。這次五一入住兩天，上午開房的時候前台不在，搞衞生的阿姨態度很好，我説孩子在上面學習，麻煩開個環境好點安靜點的，結果進房間一看還是跟去年的差不多，我估計都是這麼破爛吧就算了。把行李放好後坐椅子上接打電話呆了一個來小時，出門看到好幾間房敞開着，其中一間看着至少地板明亮乾淨點，我就去前台説我房間沒有動，麻煩給我換那個房間。前台説我進房個多小時候了堅決不同意，我説我補錢，她也堅決不同意。環境不好就算了，態度還很差，所以這次我堅決給差評

房子最大的亮點是背靠湘大，靠北的房間很寬敞，窗外微風陣陣綠樹成蔭，外部環境好。
但是內部設施有了一些年代感，比如走廊鋪的是紅地毯，能接受的來。

服務：訂的是大床房，因為沒有房間了所以升級為雙床房，是來參加國考的，距離還好，走路半小時就到，路很寬，店子就在湘大旁邊可以去看三拱門和毛主席。
環境：沒有住在馬路外邊，窗户外有個就是湘大的宿舍，所以還是比較安靜的，基本的東西能用。
衞生：床單是白色的能住，不過冬天的被子比較薄，還好我是雙床房，蓋了兩床被子，廁所是蹲廁還可以，沙發桌子什麼的衞生還需要加強。
設施：這真的是我要吐槽的點，首先説進門根本不能反鎖，有安全隱患，睡覺需要搬兩張桌子；其次衞生間，鏡子沒有擦一下，洗漱台邊有很強的黃垢，而且沒有熱水和前台反饋後也並沒有改善！！！最後就是映入眼簾的睡覺區域，床頭燈壞了並且蒙了一層灰，插頭充電很不穩，可能接口接觸不良，空調效果一般，最後提醒一下礦泉水是需要收費的。
總結：衹要沒有什麼潔癖，對環境的包容度可以就是可以住的，性價比如價格所顯示。
